Avoid! Danger! Run while you can. I bought a used car... - Conned in NOVA
Avoid! Danger! Run while you can. I bought a used car here and the lies, deception and scams keep piling up. Everyone was friendly at first, in the same way a shark smiles at fresh blood in the water. The salesman and the manager misrepresented and lied about the condition of the used car. It was an older car but with very low miles and looked nice. They told me it was a quality car and had been inspected and was in great shape. They said it wasn’t driven much, in prime shape, and a perfect deal. I smelled what I thought was anti-freeze. They hid the truth by steam cleaning the engine and saying the smell was the cleaning fluid. I specifically asked about the smell. The smell did turn out to be anti-freeze and oil leaking through the bad, aged seals. The car looked nice but the condition was horrid. The first problem, coils, happened on day one. They fixed that one. Then when the bigger problems came on within a week, they accused me of doing the damage! You cannot destroy engine seals in a week. This time, they tried to tell me that car's low miles indicated that it had been sitting and anything can happen over time. Which lie is it? They wanted to charge me almost $3000 for a car I had for less than week. To add insult to injury, at first, they said they would fix the problem for free. Then they reneged and wanted the full amount. I was shocked. After a lot of haggling and frustration I got the price down but the problems keep coming. Bad coils, check engine lights and Priority has only made it a "priority" to rip me off. I will never spend another dime there and highly recommend — warn you — not to either.
I bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership in... - Steffan
I bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership in February 2020. I was not impressed with my experiences with Shaun Thompson (finance manager), Alejandra Pena (sales consultant) and Hess Darvish (GM). I found them to be very pushy and inattentive to my needs during the buying process. Following the purchase of the vehicle, they will harass you to give them a 5 star review. The post buying customer service is non-existent. I needed some copies. of my warranty purchases and it took several weeks to get them. They were dismissive and unresponsive, but after several attempts including a call to the corporate office I was finally able to get this simple request of getting a copy of warranty information resolved. I will never do business with this dealership again. If you want a hassle free experience, then don’t shop here.

Twelve years ago I purchased my first Mazda, a Cx-9, from Brown's Fairfax Mazda and just bought my second Mazda, a preowned Cx-5, a few weeks ago from them because their car buying process is hassle free. Nenad Mlinarevic was very knowledgeable about the Mazda Cx-5 and answered all of my questions. He was very friendly, professional and did not use high pressure selling tactics, which I really appreciated. Mazda makes great cars and they are really enjoyable to drive. You will be impressed with Nenad's great customer service when you come in to buy your preowned car from Brown's Fairfax Mazda.

We just bought a CX-30 for our daughter and the experience was top notch! The sales person, Anthony, was fantastic and took a real interest in the fact that we were buying this for our daughter. He spent time showing her the car and setting it up for her while we did the paperwork. His manager Steve was equally nice. Even the Finance person, Yahyah was fun, friendly and made us feel like family. There were no pressure tactics and everything was totally straight forward. They showed us around the dealership for when we came in for service and each of the people we interacted with told us we could call them anytime if there was any issues with the car. I own a Tesla and the buying experience was night and day compared to the impersonal, hasty, and careless manner in which Tesla has treated me from the day i bought the car. The customer service and buying experience was SO much Better at Brown's Alexandria Mazda. If you're in the market for a Mazda, come here.

Like another review left on this website, I am not fond... - Zooming
Like another review left on this website, I am not fond of leaving negative reviews. However, I have to say that this had to be my worst car buying experience ever.
I had shopped around a quite a few different dealerships for the same car and this dealership came in at the lowest price by about $600. I thought well, what the heck, that is money saved, so I might as well go here, even though I liked the salesperson and the dealerships customer service much better at two other locations. I should have gone with my gut and spent the extra $600 to go with one of the other dealerships. Why? Because 1) the salesperson was unresponsive to my calls and texts. I had to call him back to track him down to see why he wasn't responding to me. In addition to that, the day I agreed to buy the car from the dealership and made an appointment to come in and sign the paperwork, he was 45 minutes in getting to me. What's the point of making an appointment then? Then, very similar to a review I read, I spent an inordinate amount of time with a lady trying to sell me upgrades. She wore me down enough to me finally acquiescing to getting the paint protection and under-body carriage protection (yes, I know this was dumb of me to purchase). Then I went onto the finance guy who also kept trying to wear me down and wouldn't accept my no for an answer. Thankfully, I came with a friend who was getting tired of waiting for me and said enough was enough. Let's sign the paperwork and get out of here. It took me SEVEN HOURS to get out of the dealership that first day. And the paint protection?? They washed the vehicle and put the paint protection on, but they didn't dry the car off thoroughly and in essence "trapped" water spots onto my paint job (which this paint protection was suppossedly going to help with not showing water spots!). So this meant that I had to come back to the dealership another day. In addition to that, they didn't have an SD card for my car ready and available. I had to come back TWO MORE TIMES to get my paint protection corrected (and to this day it is still not correct - a HUGE waste of money and time). I found this dealership to be indifferent, oblivious and incompetent when it came to customer care. Worst car buying experience ever. Also made it so that I didn't even like the car and it's a good car! Lesson learned....you get what you pay for and next time I will pay a little more to go with a dealership that is ready and willing to take care of you.

The service department shows poor judgement. In addition, they have inconsistent pricing. These make trusting their work difficult. In addition, service times for items, such as tires, is months (unsure why, since I can get it down the street within a week).

Went into the dealership to get another cx5 cause i totalled my other cx5 . My last one was great to me. From the first second I was there it was a waiting game. Once Bobby decided to give us attention I was there for over an hour. I have never had to wait that long I was almost ready to walk out. Once I was finally landed on a cx5 it was a total cluster mess. They weren't honest to me from the get go. After 2 hours of haggling on price and rate I was so worn out I put down a 500 deposit and asked if I could vome back to finish paperwork on Thursday I was told by the finance guy that 500 wouldn't be enough to hold the cx5 til then. Mind you it was only 3 days. Mind you I was putting 8k down I wanted to wait for the insurance check come in so I could give the whole 8k down. I have an 802 credit score was given a rate of 3.99 for 83 months and a payment of 284 when i left. After the salesman had to go to the sales manager tower 6 times to finally get me where I needed to be payment wise.
Once I came back to do my paperwork on Thursday EVERYTHING HAD CHANGED. They gave me a 5.9 rate with a payment of 309. Not what we agreed on. A different finance person was in the box she gave me the new numbers I was very upset....she explained to me that the manager that was there Saturday wasn't there on my return visit and that all the final numbers we came up with had changed and no one could find the Saturday deal. I wanted my payments under 300 a month they went from 3.99 rate to 5.9 rate in a couple of days. Making my payment from 284 to 309 a month. Once everything was said and done my payment dropped to 303 cause they took 400 off. The finance lady said this was the best they could do take it or leave it cause she had other people to wait on. Then processed to tell me to refi the loan at my bank. With the credit score I have should had gotten me the best rate. Beware of this dealership they tried to keep my rebate money plys gave me an outrageous rate. I love my new cx5 but hated the deal
Not Helpful at all - clahdz17
I purchased a Mazda 3 from Rosenthal, now that it is Priority they do not want to honor my complimentary oil changes. When I bought my Mazda I went with Rosenthal because of the offer of the lifetime complimentary oil changes and safety inspections. This was the main reason why I purchased my car from the dealership. I contacted the other Rosenthals dealerships in the area and now they are saying the Mazda Nissan was not part of Rosenthal they just used the name, so they will not honor anything. I have the paperwork to show this to both companies but they are just ignoring me. I now would not trust neither Rosenthal nor Priority at all.

Was held for 2 hours with no deal, and was told I would never get a new Mazda for the money I wanted to spend. Nice customer service right?
Went to another dealer about 20 minutes East and drove off in less than 1 hour with a new Mazda 3.
I will not go back to Sharrett Mazda to even look.
I do my homework on prices, and decide what I want to spend for the type of car,and model trim. I will not burst my budget just for a car that will loose around $8000 as soon as you leave the lot.
People buy with your head!!
Look past the shiny vehicle you DON'T need and think!!!
Avoid buyers remorse, because you will learn what it is.
All the while being a slave to that car you just bought.
They did not have much to pick from unless you wanted to buy all the bells/whistles.
If you buy there you just payed WAY too much GUARANTEED.
I laugh at their deceptive adds on the radio.
