Traveling thru the area and 150 miles from my destination (so no prior relationship) and needed help with a Chevrolet diesel deceleration! Called ahead and was told to come on in! The tech and service manager stayed over an hour past closing to help me. I was already bracing myself that I would have to leave the truck and come back. Was fortunate to have family an hour and a half away that came to my rescue just in case. Repairs made! It would be worth buying from them just for the superior customer service in the service dept! So grateful!

Custom Shop - Malibu
Had some new over sized tires installed by the Custom Shop on my 2012 Silverado and ran into some issues with the factory tire pressure sensor settings so the next day.I went back, they stopped what they were doing and with all hands on deck corrected the problem with some reprogramming.
It would have been easy to just say this is a service issue but a team effort by all was very impressive.

If you read my previous reviews you'll see I'm not afraid to blast a dealer when it is due.
In January 2018 I was again in the market for a new truck but still a little hesitant to go back to Bob Bell but not because of the sales department, it was the dreaded service department. I, again place my trust in Joe Evans and again he didn't disappoint. Joe is now a sales manager so he introduced me to salesperson Jason Davis. As I usually do, I arrived at the dealership already knowing what I wanted and what I was going to pay. Within a few hours I was driving my new 2018 Colorado Z71 4X4 midnight edition. But the story doesn't end there.
Six months have past and I was fearing taking the love of my life (my midnight edition) to the service department after my previous experience in 2015. My neighbor who is a GM retiree told me to see Service Rep Yvonne Huhn. I did make the appointment and as described, Yvonne was courteous, professional, energetic and most important to me, KNOWLEDGED in what she was doing and talking about. I know I had a few wear and tear issues after six months of owning my truck and some may need to be paid for by my out-of-pocket. I dropped it off and a free shuttle took me home. Hours later Yvonne called and said that it was a toss up that some of the items should have been paid for by me including tire balancing but out of courtesy the service department would fix it for nothing. If you read my old review and I encourage you to, you'll see I dealt with a team of service associates that truly didn't give a crap about Bob Bell and especially their customers. When I first arrived I immediately noticed a fresh new service facility and most importantly, a new team of caring employees. When I returned to retrieve my truck I again was met by Yvonne who was so friendly but waisted no time telling me what my truck needed and that Bob Bell was absorbing any cost to thank me for buying my new Colorado from them and trusting their service department again.
I can't stress enough how glad I am that Bob Bell fixed those issues and finally took out its old trash.

I went in for an issue that I was having with my tire pressure sensors on my Camaro SS. I literally was in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes! Come to find out I had a super tiny nail in one of my tires that another dealership was unable to detect. Thank you Chevrolet of Dover!!!

This is honestly the best service I’ve had of any dealership. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10 a.m. I showed up late and they still had me taken care of in less than 45 minutes. They are always very informative, they never try to pressure you on any services. All of the techs/mechanics are very friendly and clearly well trained. I drive an hour and a half from FarmVille to have my service done by them, if that tells you anything.

Bought my 2015 Chevrolet 2500 pickup, new from Willis. Took advantage of their oil change specials since purchase. After a recent oil change noticed large oil spot in driveway. Investigation revealed leaking oil filter. Left vehicle sit all weekend, called First thing Monday morning, explained situation. I was told I could bring it in Thurs or Fri. Let my displeasure be known to person who took my call. Also contacted them through one of their online contact forms. I got a very nice email thanking me for considering Willis for my car purchase.

Took the 2018 Sonic in for an oil change didn't get home before it started smoking from 301 & 50 to 410 stopped at the light smoke everywhere.Looked under the hood oil everywhere!! Called them they took my # and didn't call back!! They suck never again YOU take my money and leave me hanging!! I had it towed now I guess they need to talk to LAWYERS!!

My suv is in shop again a couple months was there for oil change. I mention my track control and engine light keep coming on was told it would go off it did. Month later my enclave slowed down on me at 1 am what a scared feeling that was had it towed to Porter. No loaners until Wednesday morning. I have 3 very important meetings I I was to attend
I am just so alarmed. If problem was addressed when I first started. I would not be in this situation.

When my partner bought her previously owned Cadillac SRX in July of 2016 there was an issue with the front bumper that could not be fixed before she took delivery of the car. We told them, due to the fact she worked out of state, it wouldn't be possible to have it fixed before the initial 30 day warranty was up and we were told not to worry because it is being documented before the day of purchase. We made an appointment for service in October for an oil change and to get the bumper fixed which they told us they would need the vehicle for a few days. At this time I reconfirmed with our salesman, Kevin Sullivan what the plan was. I told them she wouldn't have any time off till the Christmas Holidays and they said no problem due to the fact fact it was documented at the time of sale.. We scheduled an appointment with the service department for January 9th,, 2017 for the car to be dropped off before 8:30 AM cause it had to be taken to the body shop that does there repairs. This is a half hr drive for us. Car sat all day and nothing done, got phone call at 4:00 PM that they were not going to fix it because car was bought in July of last year! Went back to Courtesy Cadillac and was greeted with the salesman, Kevin Sullivan in the showroom telling me he never promised they would fix it and that I was not welcome there, with that I was physically man handled by four employees and pushed out the door, they were obviously waiting for me because they came at me from the front and rear. Is this how you treat someone that buys a car from you?

Every time I visit it's been horrible. Last time, my truck was making weird noises, and I left it with them for a week. When one week was up we called in to pick up my truck and we were hung up on several times. We went over in person and they said they hadn't had time to look at it. They had a tech drive with me, he drove, and only went on back roads. We left with no resolve and an apology, then went to Waldorf, who told me it was a water pump, but then later changed their minds. This new incident, I had my son take my truck in for yet another headlamp out. We waited a week for an appt. it was at 2pm he left shortly before 5pm. He was informed it would take 30 mins for a car wash. When we called to complain, we heard excuses and that their car wash was backed up. If that was true, they should have told him their car wash was backed up 2 1/2 hrs not 30 mins. Yes, we did confirm with another Chevy dealer a headlamp change should take 30ish mins. No apologies, nothing. This dealer will waste your time and is much higher priced than other Chevy dealers. Go somewhere else! If at all possible, stay away from Chevrolet completely!

Dishonest and careless service. Scratched the dash and top of the steering wheel in my new truck. Would not even come out and look at the vehicle, then the Service Director accused me of "scratching it myself with a screwdriver". Claimed the techs just use their hands to remove trim panels. I purchased a used 2010 f150 lariat 4x4 in February of 2017, the dealership said this was a awesome truck everything was inspected top to bottom, ok awesome I bought the truck now 14k miles later I'm broken down on the side of the road, and of course my warranty is gone. So i called the dealership and told them, They told to kick rocks! Your warranty is gone so we can't do nothing for you, they told me they can recommend someone, and they laughed, so I have made 3 payments on the truck and have many more to come and this what I get! I will never ever recommend this dealership to No One I will tell them to stay clear of these people they will get you for your money and you will be dead to them, they don't care, you sell crap You get crap results. xxxx you hertirch chevy of Easton, maryland, poor service! keep doing the work ripping people off! This dealership doesn't deserve a half a star nor should it be a outlined star. Purchased a brand new 2015 Chevy Malibu on Dec. 18th, 2014 which was not completely functional. GPS and OnStar did not work at all. Nice large fancy LCD console with tons of options, and not a single one works except Sirius XM. Was told it was a simple fix, then 2 days, now possibly more than a month due to a defective part which is backordered. Was told GM is having issues with the new supplier of GPS systems in their new cars. Burton passing the blame to GM and we're driving a brand spanking new Malibu that is NOT fully functional. These folks don't have a clue what's going on, and nothing but constant excuses. They simply refuse to take the car back and put us in a new WORKING vehicle. The only offer is a "loaner" until the issue is resolved in the upcoming months. Will never buy another car there ever again.

The Malibu I purchased (same as above) needed to have the brakes serviced. The service was supposed to be a simple rotor and pads replacement. Called, made the appointment, we were told it would take approximately 4 hours to complete the work. We dropped off the car on a Thursday evening where we were told it would be taken into the shop first thing the following morning. The next day we waited until 3pm and had not heard a word from IG Burton Seaford. We called to check on the status of our car. We found out that they had broken a bolt on one of the rotors, did not have a replacement, and had to send someone to Milford for a single bolt. We were then told the car would be ready by 5pm so we arrived at the dealership at 4:45pm. We paid 1100+ for a simple pads, rotors and abs module replacement which was just plain robbery. Drove off the lot, to the first traffic light approx. 1000 feet away, and the car was making grinding sounds. Took it back to the IG Burton, and they said, “oh wow, yea, the rotor is out of alignment.” which now was going on 6pm Friday evening. Again, they gave us a “loaner” car and have had our car since Thursday evening. Today is Monday, 4 days later and our car sits at the dealership because of a screwed up simple routine brake job. No one has not once called us during this incident.
Do yourself a favor and stay clear of IG Burton. The mechanics and service department are morons. After this, we will never do business with IG Burton EVER again.

So the car is done, we got a call. We were also told over the phone that they were considering some type of compensation, but due to the negative review on Facebook, they said there will be absolutely no compensation because of the review. 🤣🤣🤣 This should be another reason folks need to avoid doing business with IG Burton.

I took my chevy cruze to have work done on it because it was leaking coolant and its under warranty. They said they couldn't fully diagnose the problem until I drove my car around and let the dye get thru but wanted to pay a $300 diagnostic fee since they didn't fix my car. So ibpick my car up and i notice now its misfiring on top of the coolant leak I take my car back to them after a week to have them "fix" it forreal this time. After a week I get my car I argue about whats covered under my warranty after paying another $400 I get my car and 3 weeks later my car overheats and the coolant is empty!! So I paid $700 for their "mechanics" to do nothing but eat candy in my car and leave their trash in my door

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing.
While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

I received a recall notice from on-star for the trailer hitch on my 2016 gmc canyon. I had 2 sleepless nights in fear on gmc service after my first experience with Burns gmc in Marlton ,new jersey.
Finally i went to Burke motors in Cape May Court house, nj. They where friendly and appeared to want a customer unlike my selling dealer,(burns in Marlton ,nj). i was pleased at there investigating of the issue. They informed me the trailer hitch was back ordered, but they would keep me updated. Friendly and updating customers, new experience. I left and 10 minutes later got a phone call asking me to return to the dealer. They inspected the trailer hitch and reviewed the recall papers . My vehicle was clear and safe and I am thankful.
I received a survey from the dealer but they never provided an ID or Password so u spend 30 min. of ur time filling it out and then can not submit it. contact them and they send another survey again no user ID or Password. Contacted gm customer service and the 4th and 5th person i spoke to transferred me to call my own phone. gm has an issue.
