Eager to satisfy! - Spaceguy23
I had stopped in to look at a GTI, I was greeted by Z whom I spoke with earlier. He was very kind, had great active listening skills, and wanted to know what I was looking to accomplish vehicle wise. After I bought the car, I had to drop off a rental and he volunteered his time from his busy schedule to help me. Given that effort, I give an A+ for customer satisfaction and employee performance. After talking with Z I spoke with Jasmin whom was also very courteous and had a smile seemingly happy to assist in my needs.

Expectations Exceeded - Francesco P Lager
I went in thinking something was wrong with my car, I had some symptoms that I was concerned with. After they did the diagnosis, there was nothing wrong with the car. I am new to VW so I’m not too familiar with how the cars run, so I didn’t know the things that were happening were normal. They cut the diagnostic price in half because of it. My service advisor was very friendly too. And they had an experienced technician talk to me about what I thought was wrong
New car - Mandesh
I was looking for the new car. Ali helped me to get the right car. He also helped to get the right value of old car. Over all satisfied.
Fantastic experience: ask for Bob Derby! - Jared
I bought a used passat from this dealer and had a great experience. My sales person was Bob Derby, who took the time to show me several vehicles, and didn't pressure me one bit. He was patient as it took me a few weeks to make a decision, but I ultimately decided to buy a vehicle and I have no regrets!
Amazing Atlas - Atlasohyeah
Bought a new Atlas from Scott O’Brien, and he made the whole process very simple. He was straightforward and honest throughout, and had everything ready to go when we arrived.

Worse customer service. Beware of nick zahar sales manager! - Ourismanvwsucks
The sales managers yelld at me over the phone on something that was his team fault. I dont think he would treated a man the way he treated me because i know a man would have gone up to him badly. Stay away from this dealership once you sign the contract business ends there.
UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES; FALSE ADVERTISING - Shafted Servicemember
Buyer beware with these shady people. The use false advertising tactics to appear like they beat all the competition hands down. I drove over an hour from Northern VA to see a car because of the advertised price online (on Autotrader and the Dealership’s website). When we sat down to discuss numbers, I was informed that I didn’t “qualify” for the advertised price because I didn’t meet their criteria (i.e. to get the price advertised, one had to be military, a recent college grad, and be employed by one of a list of companies they evidently are associated with). Long story short, you probably have a better chance of winning the lottery than meeting ALL of their ridiculous criteria to “qualify” for their ADVERTISED price. Then these clowns have the audacity to charge a “freight fee” when it has already been included in the MSRP on the car window sticker. Completely shady tactics in my opinion. A company should not advertise a price if they cannot truly offer it and it shouldn’t require meeting some ridiculous criteria. Lastly, the Sales Manager was a complete xxxxxxx. He tried to blow smoke up my rear and tell me they have disclaimers on their website that state their bogus additional fees. When I called him on the freight charge, he couldn’t show me where this alleged disclaimer stated the price didn’t factor in the “freight fee” of almost $1000 that they try to charge you twice for. After almost 2 hours of haggling with this idiot, he told me they couldn’t meet the advertised price. So even if you did meet the long list of criteria they have in order to get their advertised price, they wouldn’t be able to honor it anyway. I have half a mind to report these xxxxxxx to the Better Business Bureau for unethical business practices. Save your time and money and GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
Falsely list vehicles with wrong prices - VWCarGuy
This dealership list a vehicle for $30000, but when you contact them to purchase, the price changes to $36000. Example: I saw a vehicle with "Dealer advertised price of 29,381" and confirm with the sales person before moving forward with finance. After finance, the price changed to $36,000. Keep in mind that only rebates/incentives I do NOT qualify for are the College Grad and Military discounts which is approximately a $1000 total. So my question is, why is there such a huge variation in your "advertised price" and the true price? Avantage Volkswagen had the same vehicle for $30,771, which I purchased for $30,295+tax/tabs/license....not $36000.
There is a genuine 'connectedness' amongst all... - clapine
There is a genuine 'connectedness' amongst all the employees with the dealership that I've never seen before.
My judgement is that it produces a level of service that clearly speaks to 1) caring for the customer, 2)seeing to it
that the performance of the customer's car meets or exceeds the customer's expectations when he purchased it,
3) that the work is professional and equitably priced. In short, Martens Volkswagen owners, sales and service
personnel are a team with a philosphy to do good work, to please and more than likely keep that customer
