VERY ATTENTIVE SALES PERSON & THE TEAM - Happy customer
I would like to give a thumb up to our sales person Vinny! We did not make our decision to buy the 2019 VW Jetta during our test drive day (even we really like the car) what we like was that the sales person took the initiative to message us (not by calling directly) to follow up with us about our decision, he was very patient and continued that for about two weeks (frankly speaking we might not end up getting the car if he didn't do that). It was also a very good experience during the day we were buying the car, the team (manager, financial personnel) has made sure we get our car during the day, they were very attentive and the process was very efficient. The after sale service was excellence, Vinny does care to message and asked us if we are doing OK with our new car and provided us lots of information we needed to know, he has also scheduled us immediately to have us to get the cilaget done. We got a very good deal on our 2019 VW Jetta and is more than happy to recommend VW Fairfax and Vinny to all of you 👍👍👍

Excellent services! - TrangKhanh
I just bought a 2017 Lexus at this dealership and the staffs were amazing! They were very helpful, patient and professional. My sale man, Ariel, has helped me to from A-Z and my buying experience here was a smoothest transaction that I never had before from other dealerships. I would strongly recommend this dealership to all. Thank you!!!

The Advertised Price Isn't Real - argusarms
I was spent several hours at this dealership and left disappointed. I was shopping for a new VW Atlas. They had one on the lot I was interested in, the dealership was very nicely setup and the employees were friendly at first.
The problem was that their advertised price did not include about $1,700 in fees and transportation expenses. Also, I was told that if I did not accept their financing with a high percentage rate, I would lose even more of my "discount" ($1,000). The 1.9% APR rate advertised by VW doesn't seem to be available here at all.
They also valued my trade at least $2500 under low KBB and NADA trade value. Carvana offered me $2,000 more for my car, sight unseen.
So, with everything considered, my payment for this car initially would have been over $600 a month for 60 months. During the negotiation they came down to around $550 a month, but this was still $100 a month more than their advertised pricing and fair trade value would have resulted in.
After I realized that I was not going to be able to buy a car here, I thanked my salesman and offered to shake his hand. He said something about me not being a serious buyer if I was leaving and refused my handshake. Pretty unprofessional, but kind of says it all about this dealer.
Anyway, I'm going to look elsewhere. This dealers deceptive advertising practices did not earn my business.
I ended up buying a Honda Pilot instead. Honda dealers do not advertise a discounted vehicle price based upon the customer accepting high rate financing or qualifying for discounts that are not applicable. The Honda dealer matched Carvana's offer on my trade-in and got me a better finance rate than I could get a my local credit union. Plus, I got real leather seats in a vehicle that is $15,000 less than the only Atlas without pleather (SEL Premium).
Expectations Exceeded - Francesco P Lager
I went in thinking something was wrong with my car, I had some symptoms that I was concerned with. After they did the diagnosis, there was nothing wrong with the car. I am new to VW so I’m not too familiar with how the cars run, so I didn’t know the things that were happening were normal. They cut the diagnostic price in half because of it. My service advisor was very friendly too. And they had an experienced technician talk to me about what I thought was wrong
Golf Sportwagen - brettvj
Best new car transaction I've ever had ! Scott O'Brien salesperson and Perry Dellagatta the finance manager were great to deal with, honest and upfront about everything. They value your time and your business at Sheehy and were solid professional people to work with. Highly recommended !
Best New Car Purchase Experience Ever, Thanks To Bernadette! - DLN
I went through my Credit Union's TrueCar site to find a new Subaru. Stohlman assigned me to Bernadette through luck of the draw. And what great luck this was! Bernadette was so easy to work with. She provided just the right amount of follow-up, encouragement, and support while I test drove several vehicles and weighed my options. She helped me find the right car for my requirements. It's been a little over a month since I completed my sale, and I'm very pleased with my new car. Thanks to Stohlman and to Bernadette for an awesome car buying experience.
Great service! - JP Garduno

Wonderful Service - Ms. J
Paul was great! Got in got out, in a reasonable amount of time with a car I wanted. Nice clean, courteous and proffessional place, upon walking in. He explained the features of the car and answered all my questions with diligence.
Horrible pricing model for EVs - tatsu574
Listing prices that deduct the EV tax credits should not be a method to draw attention to your listings. Once I was on the phone with the manager, the pricing came back over $7000 move than the listing that was labeled as the "Honored Price"
This price listing model must not become standard practice for dealers. From my point of view it is false advertisement as it did not mentioned the "Honored Price" included the deduction of the tax credits. The only mention of the tax credit was, I quote "qualifies for a $7,500 Federal Tax Credit."
I will add that the sales advisor was very helpful and courteous. My view changed when I spoke to the manager that seems less helpful and couldn't explain why they go through certain processes that would not benefit anyone.
There is a genuine 'connectedness' amongst all... - clapine
There is a genuine 'connectedness' amongst all the employees with the dealership that I've never seen before.
My judgement is that it produces a level of service that clearly speaks to 1) caring for the customer, 2)seeing to it
that the performance of the customer's car meets or exceeds the customer's expectations when he purchased it,
3) that the work is professional and equitably priced. In short, Martens Volkswagen owners, sales and service
personnel are a team with a philosphy to do good work, to please and more than likely keep that customer
