The staff at landmark honda were kind and helpful. Through patience and talking with the sales clerk(s) we settled on a good price for my first brand new car. There were minor set backs as far as getting my car floor mats, and getting my infotainment system running. I had to make several trips to the dealer which is about a good 45minutes away from where I live, which didn't sit well with me. I choose this dealer because they had the vehicle I wanted, and i was ready to buy that day. Mark Davis who helped me during my visit was kind and courteous. My financial advisor Anita Carlson was very helpful and kind attending me that evening. I would of rated my experience 5star if it were not for the issues with the infotainment system, which took me several trips to the dealer to finally get it taken care of at a different dealer.

Reasonably priced selection of used luxury cars... - CAM
I interacted with Sam, and (to a lesser extent) Billy during the process of my purchase. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience, and would not hesitate to deal with KTM in the future if I need another vehicle. The Carfax for the vehicle I bought was available via the KTM website, and Sam was more than accommodating when I decided to have the car inspected by a third party mechanic service. There was one item that needed to be repaired, and since the vehicle was still under manufacturer warranty, KTM delivered to the dealer for the fix. This process took longer than expected (not KTM's fault), but such things happen. I was able to negotiate a small discount from the asking price (apparently, KTM has a "no haggle" policy). Sam offered the option of KTM securing financing, but I prefer to already have financing in place before buying a car. Most of this transaction was conducted over the phone, or via email. I spent less than an hour at the actual dealership. Overall, I rate my experience a 4 out of 5 stars; Sam appeared to get a little testy during the price negotiation, although tone is difficult to accurately determine via the written word (the entire conversation took place during a series of emails). I suppose I shouldn't complain, since I received a (largely inconsequential) $200 reduction from the asking price. But the (perceived) testiness did rub me the wrong way, hence 4 stars, instead of 5. That said, Sam has followed up with me via email twice since the purchase, checking to see if I have any questions or concerns. I interacted with Billy only once, when I picked the car up and had to sign the usual/customary sales documentation.
Good price; good service - challenger lover
I've been looking for a Dodge Challenger with specific equipment for some time. While browsing the Internet, I found the exact car I wanted at Whitten Brothers. They made me a great offer via email, so I went to the dealership for a test drive. I worked with Cathy McCarthey, who was a pleasure -- very knowledgeable, pleasant, and not pushy, I bought the car and drove it home the same day.
My only criticism is the dealership's use of the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash program to value my old car. The dealer encouraged me to use the program before coming in, and it gave a generous value. The program web site indicated that I could use that value as the trade in amount or sell my old car for that price to the dealer. When I arrived at the dealer, however, I was told that the quoted price had no validity, and they made me a substantially lower offer for trade in. After some negotiation, we arrived at a trade in value about $300 less than the KBB amount, which I accepted -- I really wanted that new car! However, Whitten Brothers should either honor the KBB price or get out of the program. What they are doing now is misleading.
Otherwise, buying my new Challenger from Whitten was a great experience.

I had an unknown electrical problem which would not let me shift out of park. I called the 1-800 number on the manual Subaru provides with the car but they were clueless as to what the issue might be. So, I had the car towed to Brown's (nearest Subaru dealership). Due to the lateness of the evening, I was sure that I would have to leave the car overnight (logistical headache). Bbut fortunately, the service dept was still open. The service attendant (Ms Trish Montgomery) upon hearing my woes, immediately suspected the problem and called the service garage and asked one of the technicians if he had time to fix it this evening. I was in and out and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Crisis averted. Kudos to Ms Trish.

Had to take our Buick Enclave in for an oil change when we found out that one of the seals was leaking and was spraying oil over the engine. Frank took car of setting my wife up with a rental while the repairs were made (took over a week since the engine had to be pulled). Got the Enclave back and it was still leaking oil. Turns out there was an issue with the seal. A few days later (and another rental!) and the Enclave is back with no issues. Great service as always! Thanks Frank!
