Warranty work - Mudman612
Our 2018 Colorado needed a new torque converter in the transmission. We were told it would be a 2 to 3 day repair, that was fine. It actually took 4 days for the repair and that was ok too. What wasn't ok was the rental we were given, a 2wd Silverado WT. It scared my wife to drive because she couldn't see past the hood and it was a base model. I feel we should have gotten something comparable to our loaded Z71 Colorado. We asked about a different rental but supposedly that was the last one and another rental was not turned in that we could switch to.

Kudos to your superb Service department. Our 2017 Azera engine overheating and we're on vacation 336 miles from home. Service representative Helen Reedy accommadated us with an emergency appointment the following morning. The staff along with the help of Tom Shaw had us on the road in a day and a half. We were able to salvage the remainder of our trip with a loaner car they provided!

My salesman Kent Cole went out of his way to be as helpful and to answer any questions I had for him and then when I went to talk to Kevin "tank" Haggerty he was more then willing to and did everything he could do to get the numbers as close to what I needed and the best part of my dealings with both men were they were very knowledgeable and very friendly. The next time I come back to buy a new truck I will make sure I only deal with these 2 gentleman.

We have always bought Chevys and have had our cars serviced here. Until now. The last two times we had tried to get our cars serviced they have tried to rip us off. Recently Justin the service manager called to tell us how our car was in terrible shape. But we could trade it in and explained all the great deals. When we said we had a dealer we always use he became rude and wanted to know how he was going to get paid for his diagnostic. The trip before this one? They wanted $2000 for brakes and rotators because they were so bad. Car didn’t pass inspection. My husband bought $64 brakes and it passed. Be warned. Nothing is good about this place.

This is honestly the best service I’ve had of any dealership. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10 a.m. I showed up late and they still had me taken care of in less than 45 minutes. They are always very informative, they never try to pressure you on any services. All of the techs/mechanics are very friendly and clearly well trained. I drive an hour and a half from FarmVille to have my service done by them, if that tells you anything.

No way these other reviews are real! - No More Chevys
Every time I visit it's been horrible. Last time, my truck was making weird noises, and I left it with them for a week. When one week was up we called in to pick up my truck and we were hung up on several times. We went over in person and they said they hadn't had time to look at it. They had a tech drive with me, he drove, and only went on back roads. We left with no resolve and an apology, then went to Waldorf, who told me it was a water pump, but then later changed their minds. This new incident, I had my son take my truck in for yet another headlamp out. We waited a week for an appt. it was at 2pm he left shortly before 5pm. He was informed it would take 30 mins for a car wash. When we called to complain, we heard excuses and that their car wash was backed up. If that was true, they should have told him their car wash was backed up 2 1/2 hrs not 30 mins. Yes, we did confirm with another Chevy dealer a headlamp change should take 30ish mins. No apologies, nothing. This dealer will waste your time and is much higher priced than other Chevy dealers. Go somewhere else! If at all possible, stay away from Chevrolet completely!
