We had a wonderful experience at Whitten! From the moment you walked in they were friendly and made the new car buying experience amazing! We couldn’t be happier.

Easy and stress free - grlester
Cathy was patient as I flip flopped between vehicles and always had sound suggestions. She took the stress out of the purchase and I never felt I was being pushed to make a decision. I’d gladly purchase another car from Cathy and will most certainly refer her to friends and family in the future.

Such a great a home feeling place! From the moment we walked in. My husband doesn’t talk much but he opened up and everyone was nice to our children. We will definitely be return customers.
Professional Sales Rep.
Excellent sales team - Ryoung9621
I just bought a used Toyota Tacoma at this dealership. The salesperson was helpful, respectful and courteous. He was easy to work with and was positive when asked more than once for the best deal available on the used vehicle. He was assisted by others in completing the sale. It is a young, able and friendly team and an experience that was lacking in stress. We were able to come to a very fair price.

on Tues 4/9 I ordered and paid for 2 motor mounts that I was told would be in in 2 days .today I called to check status and was told one of them will not be in until Wed 4/17. How could you not no on Tues 4/9 that this mount was not readily available so I could look elsewhere. Did you say 2 days just so I would get them?I dont like having to drive around so many days with bad motor mounts. If you had been upfront on Tues . I may have been able to make some arrangements knowing it would take at least 8 days to get a motor mount for a 2012 vehicle.Your lack of service is quite amazing.
WORST EXPERIENCE WE’VE EVER HAD - Plrod2
We came into dealership fully intending to buy a 2018 Jeep Rubicon ($50,000) when we arrived we were greeted by one of the coolest salesman we’ve met, named Zach. Zach was great and showed us different options on the lot. We decided to go for the one in the showroom, which was a little more than we wanted to spend but we loved it. We had a trade in, and at the Kelly blue book value the basic stock price was $18000 but our vehicle had thousands of dollars in upgrades. Everything was going great until the manager tried giving us well below the trade in price and refused to work some numbers out. The manager let a $50,000 deal walk out over not willing to work with us. I think our salesman Zach was absolutely wonderful but the finance and management team here is a complete joke! The next morning Richmond Ford ended up going over the Kelly blue book value and still gave us money off our vehicle. We ended up buying a $60,000 vehicle from a dealership that wanted our business and did anything they could to keep us from having a bad experience! If you have a trade in I would strongly suggest going elsewhere! If you intend to buy from here I would strongly suggest asking for Zach! He tried his best and is amazing but his management team lost a sale from him!
Unbelievable - Zumwalt305
I was traveling through Richmond, VA,, from St. Louis, Mo, when I had a trailer issue. I also had a “Perform Service” message pop up on my 2017 Ram 3500. I took my truck to Pearson Chrysler near Richmond, but I was told that I needed an appointment. I was told, around 9:30 this morning, that they could schedule me for an appointment the next day to plug into my truck, and determine the fault. I told them that I was from out of town, but I had never heard of that. Again, they told me that I needed an appointment just to plug into my truck and determine the fault. A local man told me to take it to Whitten Brothers Of Ashland, that Pearson’s is horrible service. I drove to Whitten Brithers Of Ashland, and their customer service is what you would expect of any customer oriented service department. They evaluated it, and told me that it was a Crank Case matter, but was not a serious fault. I asked if they could squeeze it in, and Whitten Brothers Of Ashland checked with their diesel mechanic, and verified that they had the part. They completed it in very little time, and got me back on the road.
Dishonest, terrible service - Bigtravg787
Look over what you buy because these guys have no problem selling you a lemon. We bought a new vehicle from them that had a defect that they knew about and did not disclose to us and when we went to have the problem addressed they gave us bogus solutions. Buyer beware do not buy from Haley Farmville it’s a overall bad decision
