Our 2018 Colorado needed a new torque converter in the transmission. We were told it would be a 2 to 3 day repair, that was fine. It actually took 4 days for the repair and that was ok too. What wasn't ok was the rental we were given, a 2wd Silverado WT. It scared my wife to drive because she couldn't see past the hood and it was a base model. I feel we should have gotten something comparable to our loaded Z71 Colorado. We asked about a different rental but supposedly that was the last one and another rental was not turned in that we could switch to.

I absolutely don't agree with the last review!! I am a female and have had nothing but great service and respect from everyone in the dealership, which is why I drive over 30 miles to bring my car there. My profession is sales, so I am extra critical when it comes to customer service. I don't normally post comments, but I felt Mary's comments were unfair and not a good representation of the normal experience! We are also a military family, and they have made me feel like we have lived in the community for years by treating us like family. I can't say enough great things about Hutchens Chevrolet! Mary, I hope you visit the showroom and speak with management. I can't imagine they would have been dismissive about any concerns brought to their attention.

No warranty work - Stumpc123
I just serviced my new Mazda CX-9. I scheduled my service request and was never told Hampton Chevrolet Mazda was not doing warranty work for Mazda’s any longer. When I was told my car was ready, I was about to grab my keys, say thank you, and be on my way, but much to my surprise I was told please wait ma’am for your total. I said there should be no total my vehicle is under warranty. It wasn’t until today when I was on their website that I learned they are no longer doing warranty work on Mazda’s. I’m sorry that is just a croc. I just spent a lot of money on a new vehicle and you will not honor my warranty. I signed a contract that I believe you cannot just decide not to honor, but legally I will check into that.

This is honestly the best service I’ve had of any dealership. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10 a.m. I showed up late and they still had me taken care of in less than 45 minutes. They are always very informative, they never try to pressure you on any services. All of the techs/mechanics are very friendly and clearly well trained. I drive an hour and a half from FarmVille to have my service done by them, if that tells you anything.
