I was amazed at the outstanding customer service from the Sales Manager, and all the employees, as well as the service department. If you are looking to buy a Mercedes, this is the place! Their salesmen are so honest, they told me I would lose too much money trading in my car I recently purchased. They offered to sell me an extended warranty for $700 less then I was charged at Virginia Beach Mercedes. Hopefully, one day I will return and buy a great car from Tysinger! We love Hyundai vehicles! We have purchased an Elantra, Elantra GT, Azera, Genesis, Vera Cruz and a Tucson. As we look to the future to replace my wife's 2013 Elantra we are researching other dealerships because of very poor experiences with the service department at Priority Hyundai. Just a few examples... We had a loose plug following an oil change which resulted in an oil slick in our garage. On another occasion, we ordered tires and learned that they had been put on another customer's car by accident. On yet another occasion, my car was backed into another car by a service technician while it was there for an oil change. Even with an appointment I have waited two hours or more before the car was even touched by a technician. We have had good experiences with the sales staff and we love Hyundais. But, the extremely poor service department has ended our business with Priority.
