This service department is always going ABOVE and BEYOND to Help their customers. I have seen it and have experienced personally. They have saved me many times and most recently even though I no longer live in the local area.
Recently a GMC Dealer here in Wisconsin tried to charge me over $1,000 for a ACDelco part that was replaced at Southern GMC. This part comes with a Lifetime warranty!
I contacted Southern GMC and they provided me copies of all my service papers and part numbers and proof of the part being an ACDelco. It SAVED me BIG TIME!! The GMC Dealer in Wisconsin claims they didn’t see in theirs system that it was a ACDelco part and apologized. However, I had asked them for the part the removed or to at least see it and there is an ACDelco manufacturer sticker right on it. Really?!?! How could they have not known.

I took my car to be services after it had been in an accident. The work performed was marginal if best with horoble paint job. And had my stereo stolen while it was in the possession of the dealership service center. This business is horoble! The staff was extremely rude and the service center does shady maintenance I do not recommend this business.
