Made an appointment to have transmission looked at on a Monday called that evening to check on progress and was told they hadn’t had time to look at the car because it was RAINING WOW.so day two called to check on progress and was told that the guy that does transmission work got stuck on one car and is behind and they still haven’t looked at my car ,I called the manager CHRIS COATES and explained what was going on as expected he said he would look into it the next morning first thing I got a called explaining what the problem might be BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PARTS and it WOULD BE THE FOLLOWING WEEK BEFORE THEY COULD GET THEM WOW it took them three days to tell me that which I had an appointment from the start RUN I MEAN RUN IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY i was charged $140 for all that trouble and two quarts of transmission fluid.

Just had my F150 serviced. 2 days later started vacation on Friday Feb 8th. . My truck had to be towed to Ford dealer in Jacksonville Fl. Now Stranded. Called Crossroads. So sorry They said. Call and get it towed. Doesnt have 85 000 miles on it yet. Great FORD product. No help whatsoever vehicle hasn’t been serviced by no one but Ford. Looks like a Toyota sale coming up

I had a very poor interaction with the used car manager. I could go on and on. I've been in the auto business myself my entire lifetime and this was just unpleasant. I tried to contact the general manager of the dealership, and that went nowhere. Find another dealer to buy from. If you look at the reviews, you'll see some similar. It's a pattern.

I thought buying a used car from a new car dealer I would be getting a better quality car and more piece of mind....Not so. I purchased a used 2013 Ford Focus from parkway ford. On delivery day i did not do a 360degree thorough inspection before we left (lesson learned). Upon arriving home 10 mins later we noticed that the side mirror was broken. I took a picture and called salesman immediately. # days later I received a call back saying "sorry you should have noticed it before you left, there is nothing we can do". Lesson learned but not the response I was expecting as I assumed buying from a new car dealer would be safer. I think the salesman did everything he could I realize its not really his call to make.

We drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase a 2017 used truck, we confirmed we were buying the truck and had a check in hand. When we got there they told us they sold the truck we wanted and we didn’t want that truck anyways because it had problems. Bad communication all around from sales to management. They do not stand by there word. Find another dealership that respects your time and respect people. They didn’t just tell lies to us but to others that day. We wasted a Saturday driving 7 hours in traffic on I-77, a tank of gas, time spent on the phone talking to them and time spent at the dealership with them trying to sell us a new truck so they could profit from our huge downpayment.

We recently purchased a Ford F150 Supercrew truck from Huff Dealership. I was mostly impressed with the salesperson Mark Pennington. Very professional in the negotiation process and treated us with courtesy and respect. He allowed us to make a decision when determining which vehicle to buy without any pressure. I would give this salesman a overall high rating. We would definitely buy again from Huff dealership because of the salesman we dealt with. Very satified customer with salesperson and sales manager.

We went into Taylorsville Ford looking for a used truck and we talked to John Deal. The manager, Eric Settle, got involved and made us such a great deal with the rebates and incentives on a new truck, we decided to buy a brand new F150. They got us a great finance rate and went out of their way to make sure our buying experience was excellent. This dealership is a one of a kind place. These days, it seems like once a purchase is made, the businesses don't even remember your name, but they even called us a month after the sale to make sure all was well with our purchase and ask us if we were happy with our truck.
