I had a great experience looking for a new car. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and nice. He gave us different cars to look at and gave us ideas of what we needed in a car. The finance manager was great also very personal and efficient. Everyone there was very welcoming.

I have a very difficult schedule to work around and therefore require a lot of electronic communication (vs coming into the dealership). Mr. Julian London was the recepient of my initial electronic communication, and we could not be more thankful! He is incredibly responsive, very respectful, knowledgeable, and customer focused! We stopped by the dealership to look at a car, and it ended up not being exactly what we were looking for, so instead of giving up (like many dealerships would), he kept working with us and the end result - a much nicer car than we ever thought we could be in for the payment we were looking for - so we are ecstatic with our Lincoln MKX! We also had the pleasure of meeting Scott who was very genuine and ensured our visit met our expectations - which it far surpassed! Again, we could not be more happy and excited about how easy this car buying process was, and the car we drove away in! Found 2012 CRV online Sunday, talked about car with salesman by phone Monday. Was told perfect top to bottom. Told them I would drive 2 hours to pick up car Wenesday morning early so have it ready. Tony in sales agreed he would have it ready. On my arrival Wednesday morning 8am the car hadnt even been washed. Wear bars showing on LF tire. Rusty spots from rock chips on doors and hood. Looked under left rear of car and it had (I counted) 33 strips of DUCK TAPE holding rear air shield under and to the rear bumper. Tony and so called Mr Sales Manager said would put a tire on wash and fix chips but WOULDN'T replace the plastic piece. I call Honda when I got back home and retail price of the plastic piece was $67.31.. I emailed Stearns Ford and told them it was sad that they expected me to pay retail price for a car with mismatched tires and held together with DUCK TAPE !!

Just had my F150 serviced. 2 days later started vacation on Friday Feb 8th. . My truck had to be towed to Ford dealer in Jacksonville Fl. Now Stranded. Called Crossroads. So sorry They said. Call and get it towed. Doesnt have 85 000 miles on it yet. Great FORD product. No help whatsoever vehicle hasn’t been serviced by no one but Ford. Looks like a Toyota sale coming up

Went to Hilbish Ford because turning signals was not working, with them NOT checking things out, I was told I needed a new all purpose control arm at the cost of 260.00 dollars and a total cost of 451.00 dollars installed, bought the same arm on amazon for 42.00 dollars, took my vehicle somewhere else, had it installed and had the relay changed for 92.00 dollars, So 92.00 vs. 451.00 wow I saved 359.00 dollars. SMH

I had a very poor interaction with the used car manager. I could go on and on. I've been in the auto business myself my entire lifetime and this was just unpleasant. I tried to contact the general manager of the dealership, and that went nowhere. Find another dealer to buy from. If you look at the reviews, you'll see some similar. It's a pattern.

I thought buying a used car from a new car dealer I would be getting a better quality car and more piece of mind....Not so. I purchased a used 2013 Ford Focus from parkway ford. On delivery day i did not do a 360degree thorough inspection before we left (lesson learned). Upon arriving home 10 mins later we noticed that the side mirror was broken. I took a picture and called salesman immediately. # days later I received a call back saying "sorry you should have noticed it before you left, there is nothing we can do". Lesson learned but not the response I was expecting as I assumed buying from a new car dealer would be safer. I think the salesman did everything he could I realize its not really his call to make.
