Always wanted a Camaro and it was surprisingly, the last car I drove.. trying not to get my hopes up that I would be able to actually afford it. By the beginning of the next week I was in the Camaro! Bruce and Brett got me in that car and I left satisfied -finally having "that car you have to look back at" and still happy with payments.

Bought a 2016 Audi A8L with low mileage. I was only interested in a mint condition car and Mr. Bagwell said "you can't tell this car from new." I thought, "I've heard that before..." So I drove down to Rock Hill SC from Greensboro NC (2 hours) and the car was indeed "just like new." The finish was perfect and the interior also like new. The price was excellent and they do not charge any doc fees or other fees. This is a small place with very nice high end cars. I've gone all the way to Florida to buy the two used high end cars before getting this one. Wish I had found Bagwell's sooner. This is a very honest and knowledgable used car dealer.

I came to CarLotz a little wary of their model of being a automotive consignment dealer. It ended up being an excellent experience. It was very low pressure and I was allowed to check out the vehicle I was interested in without someone hovering over me. After being allowed to take a test drive and have the vehicle checked by my own mechanic I came back to negotiate. Because CarLotz doesn't own the car and their salespeople aren't paid on commission they seemed more interested in getting me a great deal while still giving the seller a fair price. The financing and purchasing process was very smooth and quick and I drove off with my new (used) car a couple hours after showing up. Definitely recommend you check this place out if you're looking for a good deal on a used car.

After finding a loaded Chevrolet 2500 HD LTZ I called and talked to James who was friendly and very informed about the truck. He answered all my questions and inspired me to take the over one hour trip from York SC through Charlotte traffic. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by a friendly salesman who introduced himself as Jeff King. I said I had dealt with James on the phone but he assured me they worked as a team and on salary so he was not stealing his deal. After talking to Jeff for awhile and looking at the chevy and other vehicles I was impressed with his knowledge of all the vehicles on the lot. I test drove what is now my truck and loved it. I told him I would think about it. He gave me his cell number and told me to call anytime. I did bother him after hours and he was still just as friendly as ever. I bought the truck in May and have been very happy with it. I can say this was the BEST car buying experience ever. I did just buy a new car for my wife from a large dealership and was disappointed. I recently purchased a 2014 Porsche Panamera 4S executive from Formula One Imports in Charlotte,North Carolina.
My sales representative was Alex and his manager was Justin. They walked me through the lengthy process. I thought buying a vehicle through the internet would be scary for an old man like me. They both appeared trustworthy and customer focused. I was very satisfied with the service they provided me. I decided to have the vehicle sent to the local Charlotte Porsche dealership for a 168 point inspection. The inspection identified a few items. The air compressor needed replaced on factory warranty. In addition, they recommended a tune up and new tires. Alex and Justin offered to pay roughly $900 for the tune up and I paid the balance of $695. I thought that was fair. They would not pay anything on the tires but offered them at their price. I purchased the 4 new tires. Alex and I finally agreed on a price acceptable to both parties. It took a couple weeks to receive the car in Northern Virginia due to the Porsche dealership delay in getting the air compressor from Germany. The day has finally arrived. My new Porsche was delivered to my home. My family and I was extremely excited. The vehicle is beautiful. While driving the car the next day the nightmare began. The vehicle had roughly 5,000 more miles than the internet advertisement and what my purchase contract stated. Besides having over 5,000 additional miles on the vehicle the remaining factory warranty was reduced to roughly 2,700 miles. I bought the vehicle believing to have 7,700 miles remaining.This was very concerning and extremely disappointing. The next day after contacting Alex via text he told me this would be dealt with quickly and would get senior management involved. He reported back to me that the person responsible got fat fingers when typing in the mileage and he should of verified the odometer. I could understand one number mistyped but three numbers were difficult to comprehend. I was asked what would I like them to do to rectify this situation. I told Alex I believe they should reduce the sale price based on 5,000 additional miles and provide me a bumper to bumper extended warranty of 5 years and 100,000 miles. The cost of the extended warranty is approximately $4000. Alex said he will take my request to senior management. I was contacted via telephone by Julian I believe the General Manager. He quickly told me his company has a great customer reputation and the best they would do is take the vehicle back at no cost and pay for the shipping or give me $1000 for the additional miles. I told him that I was not impressed with his opening comments and his offer was unacceptable. I asked how about all the time I spent on this frustrating and disappointing situation. He said he will report that back to the owner. The owner Jeff provided me in an email with the same offer Julian provided. He also told me he will reimburse me for the tires and Porsche inspection. WOW and he thought he was doing me a favor. I would have not purchased the vehicle knowing the correct mileage so I would not have spent any money. He had to legally offer me the option to return the vehicle at no cost due to situation. The owner dropped the ball on accepting responsibility. False advertising and falsifying a contract is not what I call good customer relations and company ethics. To lose the car and not to receive anything for my several hours of time just doesn’t seem fair to me.

I need to share my beyond poor experience with Metrolina.. Purchased a 2014 Audi R8 V10 plus from this group. When it arrived i was beyond misled with the condition of the vehicle. For starters several interior parts were broke, exterior side skirt damaged, entire front end and windshield completely pitted, tires bald in rear, etc. List was a long one. Then i went to get it structurally checked out by Ferrari of Newport Beach and after the Audi tech finished looking at it, was told that the entire front sub brace was repaired and improperly welded. Needed a whole new front end. I have receipts from them totally more than $43k to get repaired not including the interior parts. So when i say this group and Ryan cannot be trusted, I mean it. Had several conversations with Ryan, and short of him yelling and saying c'mon man what did you expect.. Well for $130k cash i expect a crap load more!! Just a lack of respect all around from Ryan and will never even ponder on buying a car from this guy or his dealership!! Stay Away..Anyone is welcome to PM me for more info..

About one month ago my son and I were searching for a vehicle for him. We looked and found a couple cars at this dealer and decided to drive there and try the cars out. Upon arriving, we walked around the lot and looked at the vehicles. We had been searching for months and looked at several cars. We walked around the lot for quite sometime and finally went inside to speak to someone. We waited as the guy at the desk finish his text messages, ignoring the fact that we had EVEN entered the building. I asked to speak to someone about the vehicles and he let me know he was our only option. I like being treated as a valued customer, I have been at two others dealers, both were fantastic with the level of attention they give to customers, it is ultimately what made people want to buy a car. BAD CUSTOMER ATTENTION!!! I can only imagine how these people work. of course we did not buy any vehicle from this place.

I am currently in the process of buying my third vehicle from Auto Brokers LTD. I have found Bobby to be not only reputable, but a gentleman who stands behind his work and his word. To those naysayers, remember you are likely buying an older vehicle with low miles. Future repairs can be more likely on older vehicles, but cannot be predicted.
Refused to honor deal after credit pulled & finance approved - Wounded Warrior Transport Charity
I contacted Steve White ON Autotrader chat about a Dodge Grand Caravan priced ON Autotrader at $9999. After being directed to fill out a credit application I received an after-hours text confirmation saying verbatim: "We have it approved with $3k down. I done have [sic] the final figures being so late in the day but I do know 100% it's approved. Can I call you around 9:30am tomm?"
Now I know my numbers, and the next morning the salesman and manager started quoting monthly payments with/without GAP for the 48 months, etc. All were around $280. With the $9999 price, add 3% tax, title transfer, subtract $3k deposit; you're left with right at $7350 financed at a quoted rate of 23.93%. THAT payment is $239/month. This is when it was revealed that they were assuming their website's price of $10,999 rather than the price on this site where we first made contact.
In order to back out of the deal the manager claims the lender is going to "charge them" an $1100 fee if they finance it at $9999, but not if they finance at $10,999. Therefore, in his words, "I'll honor the $9999 price because that was our mistake, but only if you pay cash for it" (knowing I don't have the cash. Otherwise they were going to negotiate in bad faith and force the $10,999 price if I wanted them to honor their original offer.
I spoke to Santander (my previous loan was through them). They do not charge dealers fees for pricing cars lower. In fact it is preferable in high-risk situations because there is a higher rate of equity already paid on the vehicle. They had the autotrader.com price changed to $10,999 within an hour of our conversation, but I still got the screenshots showing the $9999 price and text messages confirming financing was done. I would have never had them pull my credit at $10,999.

These guys were great all the way around. I actually didn't end up buying what I came there for, although they did have it pulled up out of the rain and waiting on me when I arrived. The car was beautiful and they answered all my questions. I loved the car but they showed me another one that I thought was "out of my league" but they got me financed right where I needed to be. They let me drive it to my house and show my dad. It was fun and these guys had me laughing the whole time. The owner, Brandon, even came over and sat down with us and I could tell he was a real down to earth, genuinely nice guy. Anyway I'll definitely be back here if I can for my next car!
