So,,,, I bought a chrysler 300m from these guys here at royal auto sales in concord,nc 28027 . I explained i have never bought a car and was in a bad financial Bind.Bad credit,Im young, barly any family trying to get back in school ect.had few funds available, also. Let me say, I know nothing about cars.(these guys are crooks) My other car, trans went bad it was just that time. I had just enough money to invest in getting a used car . I told them a little about my situation, which they said whatever to get my little money(heartless). I brought it back to them several times for eletric problems, with the seat;it would stay heated 24/7.they said there's nothing they can do. Then i was having several other problems the fan belt was sweeking 2 weeks after i had it. trans slipping, heat stopped working(i bought it during the winter), they finally said bring it in and let's see the problem... So i brought it in, they would keep it for a couple days, i would get it back, then other problem occured a ticking noise started brought it back, he's said "well let's see if we can figure out the problem", they kept promising that everything would be fixed. but its something eles new that would happen.
then the last time they "fixed" the car of these problems now they are doing little mean stuff to cause more problems. i asked for paperwork for all these times they fixed it they failed to give me my paperwork. im currently having somone looking into this situation. Thyis is a warning to any one thinking of buying a car here STOP.
Then as soon as it got hot outside, more problems.

my radeator busted.. OMG!
Machanic told me that it was metaled back together but would only hold until it got hot because the radiator was plastic.
Im still Dealing with all this bs..

I felt James to be a very honest and helpful salesman. No pressure, no games. Also they had a very high quality of inventory, and very reasonable pricing to boot.. The Nissan I test drove was in beautiful condition and felt like a new one. I hope someday to do business with him.
