I contacted Victory Chevrolet in Charlotte about a vehicle they had advertised. The manager was very accommodating when I was unable to get to the dealership untill right at their closing time. I was introduced to Curtis Smith. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help me concerning the vehicle I was interested in. From the start to the finish in the process of my purchasing a vehicle from Victory Chevrolet he demonstrated professionalism and a high work ethic. I felt confident that he was sincerely working to provide a high standard of customer service for Victory Chevrolet and doing his best to make sure I was getting the vehicle I needed to meet my needs.
He promptly furnished all the information I requested and followed through with everything he said he would do. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I would certainly recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to contact him for assistance.

Now Tim Marburger Chevrolet
I'd of given them 5 stars but this is my experience. I have a 2013 Equinox and have been very pleased with it. I have 100,000 miles and no problems with it except the engine, which has been burning oil for the past year and a half. Found out it's due to defective rings which was the subject of a class action lawsuit which GM settled in November with word finally coming down to the dealers in February.
Took my car here, which is where I purchased it when it was Classic Chevrolet, for an oil consumption test required. I must say, the dealer was very honest with the test and confirmed it was burning oil more than usual. They ordered the parts and I brought it in to replace the rings. They found a few problems that was not covered under the settlement so I agreed to replace the parts as they were not going to charge me labor. I then told them to replace the spark plugs while they had everything apart. I picked the car up today (Mar. 30th,2020) and found from the bill that the plugs are expensive ($26 each) but what the heck but I got charged $115 labor to replace 4 plugs. $115? I couldn't believe something that takes 2 seconds, I had to be charged for especially considering I've spent over $115 adding a quart of oil every couple of weeks at around $10 a quart since I use nothing but Mobil 1. Wasn't he already on the clock in that hour putting my engine back together for which GM will compensate the dealer so wouldn't that be considered double dipping?
And another thing, I thought perhaps these were a premium spark plug that you see on some autos, that's why they were $26.97 each but when I got home, I looked up that part number they had listed and found that Advanced Auto sells the same ACDelco Iridium Spark Plug 41-108 for $8.99 each. Talk about price gouging!
The employees at the service desk were very good to deal with other than this problem but this labor charge gnaws at me so much so, that when I do finally trade in this vehicle, I want it to be another Equinox but this certainly changed my mind as to where I buy it from so to Tim Marburger, you got your $222.88 out of me today but you've lost making more from me from a future sale!

I don't recommend buying anything from Dale Earnhardt... - Chad
I don't recommend buying anything from Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet. I was just trying to negotiate a truck over the phone and by text with their Salesman Chris. They have one price and are not willing to negotiate any further. This is the first dealership I've ever ran across that does not negotiate prices.
typical lying B.S. - revrjg
High pressure to pay for B.S. add on that you do not want especially on a used vehicle. Oh,! but its already on the car so we must charge for it! B.S. like, nitrogen in tires for 15.00 per tire that does no good and you do not want , but it is already in the tires so we must charge or we lose money! And typical good cop bad cop salesman man of working a "green" young customer for the best deal. Best for dealer not buyer.
Drove 100 miles from Asheville to Mooresville after I was... - gunguy531
Drove 100 miles from Asheville to Mooresville after I was told that the truck that I called about was there and available. I told her that we would be coming that day and kept in contact with her while we were driving. When we arrived at the dealer we were informed that somone had come in 30 min ahead of us and now the truck was sold. They didn't even bother to call us and let us know even after they said they would hold it. My wife went to question the sales manager Sean and he was rude to her and said that they don't make it a practice to hold vehicles so they lied about that. They thought that since we had come.all that way that we wouldn't want to leave empty handed and they could sell us another truck. They we unapologetic, indeffrant to our situation. If you look at their reviews on other sites they seem to be a fan of the bait and switch technique. Stay away unless you don't mind getting jerked around.
I have purchased two vehicles from Hendrick Chevrolet... - Kathleen Sinay
I have purchased two vehicles from Hendrick Chevrolet Monroe. I had experience with A.J. Huff and Chris Goodman. Both very professional, not pushy, knowledgeable, and friendly. Buying from them is a pleasure because there was a totally different feeling. None of this "have we got a deal?" stuff. They both want you to drive away happy. Also, I've had to go back twice and sit with A.J. Huff because I had forgotten how to use a feature. Totally patient. I'm sold on Chevrolet and I will buy them all at Hendrick.

The worst place. I was trying to buy brand new roll back chevy colorodo from them and started dealing with them from 02 nov 2020, I got the good price the Jamie Walling asked me to come to the office where he did all paper work and pull my credit that was 733 i think, He said your credit is very good how much down you can bring, I said 7500.00. He said okay , Then he asked me bank said 20000.00 down or you bring your partner as gurantor and on nov 09 2020 i send him paper work for the gurantee from my partner. Then he called and said no the bank is not aggreed. I told him on nov 09 2020 okay I'll pay 20000.00 down. All this period of time i was keep on calling him., He send message back to me on nov 12 2020. "Sorry the truck sold". They pulled my credit .I did everything whatever they said but at the same time they have other customer I don't know why they did that, why they pull my credit while they have other customer. I have all the messages as a proof. If you want to buy new vehicle specially commercial vehicall make sure they dont do this bad practice with you.
Took my 2017 Chevy equinox into the service department... - Huntcorey704
Took my 2017 Chevy equinox into the service department for new tires and an alignment ,cost me about $1100. Two weeks later I started hearing a noise coming from the front left tire they told me that the wheel hub assembly needed to be replace and that it would cost $600. One of the main reason for a wheel hub assembly failure is improper installment. They told me that these parts sometimes fail no matter the mileages (my car has 50000 miles on it) or that it was caused due to weather change causing contamination there are no signs of damage on the wheel rim and it was less than a month ago when I had this done. They told me there’s no way that the Installment was done wrong, maybe they have robots back there working on the cars and nobody can make a mistake but I will be taking my business somewhere else because Steve Moore Chevrolet dealership will not guarantee their work done right!
Dishonest and incompetent! If I could give negative... - Tom Michalski
Dishonest and incompetent! If I could give negative stars, I would! My check engine light was on and indicated that there may be a problem with my oil pressure sensor. Took my vehicle in to Parks and was told later in the day that I needed a new oil pump for $1900+ and possibly a new engine! My oil pressure was fine when I brought it in and my engine was running fine also. I pulled my vehicle out and took it to another mechanic. They checked my oil pressure sensor, oil pump, and oil pressure. All good. I've driven my vehicle almost 1,000 miles since and have had no problems. Check engine light has not come back on, oil pressure is reading fine, and engine is running fine, just like it always has. I am completely disgusted with this dealership!
New Car Purchase - stegall7
My husband and I shopped around for the perfect car fitting our new needs as parents. We needed something with more space, at a good value, and decent gas mileage. We ended up at Gaye Chevrolet in Marshville, NC. Kevin was our sales assoicate and he was excellent. He answered all our questions and then some that I didn't know to ask! He helped me compare the competition and proved that we were making the right decision for us! I know that I can call Gaye anytime that I have questions or concerns. My husband and I are thrilled with our new purchase!
