I've been going to Parks Chevrolet in Huntersville for more years than I can remember, and I've always received excellent service. Especially working with their service adviser, Thomas Fox. I rarely write reviews, but there is no reason to take your car anywhere but here for service. The work is completed correctly, and they stand behind their service at a very fair price.

The sales manager set up appointment for me to get a couple dents fixed and my extra set of keys. The visit was quick and they did a thorough inspection and even changed my oil! I even got an extra extra set of keys!!! It surpassed expectations!

The guys at Burns Chevrolet are Great. Chris, My service writer is the only reason me and my wife are still driving our GM products. My transmission went out on my 2016 Silverado. I know my truck was out of power train after GM reduced it to 60,000 miles. I did truly think I was buying a product that cared about their customers and there would be some help from GM. Well that was a big NO. Burns and Chris on the other hand were understanding; wanted my future business, and helped me as much as they possible could. And I'm very grateful for that. In the past 3 years I have invested in 3 new GM products: A 2016 Silverado, A 2018 Camaro, and a 2014 GMC Terrain. I also own a 2004 GMC Envoy. I'm a General Manager for a John Deere dealership and John Deere has a ethic that our customers keep us a job and they work with us the dealer to keep our loyal customers buying from John Deere. I assumed that GM worked along the same lines " I may have just got caught up in the commercials they run, and that heartbeat of America crap". But as I've learned over the past 2 weeks is that not true at all. I also want to note that I feel calling GM for help was a complete waste of mine and Burn Chevrolet's Time. Tom at ext. 5921645 is completely trained to read off a script and has no effort to help the customer. His job in my option is to push the customer to put all fault on the dealership, and that not right. My Case# 8-3916865600 and please go back and review it. pull the recording. To recap Chris and the guys at Burns are top notched and well trained. They do there job and do it well. I could not ask for a better experience. I just hope they can continue this success with the poor poor poor ethics that GM is giving them to deal with.

I have a 2016 1500 truck, I took it in to have the brakes checked and a few warranty items handled. I got a estimate of almost $1100.00 for the brakes. They said I needed new pads and rotors. Front pads were at 10% life and back were at 20% life and they couldn't resurface the rotors because they were to bad. This is what I was told.
My truck only has 27k miles on it and they are telling me I need a whole replacement brake job. So, I told them I was going to hold off on the brakes and take the truck somewhere else.
I took the truck to another repair shop they told me and showed me that my front brakes were at 20% life and needed to be replaced soon. But my back brakes were at 60% life and didn't need to be replaced at this time. They also said my rotors were not a issue to just resurface them.
I ended up replacing front and back pads (better quality pads then Steve Moore was putting on) and got all four rotors turned for $512.00.
I hate people that are not honest and Steve Moore service department was not honest at all!!!

We will never take a car back to Earnhardt’s to be worked on! Was told that numerous things were wrong with my car and was given an estimate to fix including parts and labor of $6,500-7,000. Took my car taken to a nearby garage and the TOTAL bill was $450! After talking to other people, I have heard the same type of stories. A large part of the cliental for service work at Earnhardt’s is older people and I wonder how many of these people have been taken advantage of!

When I purchase the 2015 Spark I was told it had a two year or twenty thousand miles free oil charges included but when i went to get an oil change at 23800 miles and two weeks before warranty was to run out on oil changes they charged me $43 for this oil change. They said I only get four oil changes in two year but the sales person did not tell me this. I could have gotten the oil changed at Walmart for $31. I will never buy a car from them again.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing 3 Suburbans from Fred Caldwell over the past 10 years. Each experience and interaction I have had has been better that the preceding one.
The professionality and honesty that is in their core has been experiend not only by myself but by all those people I have sent their way.
A case in point that just occured. I was a victim of hail damage that took place this past April 2011. The process for repair was seamless and easy.
Now for the icing on the cake...Just today I have received a reimbursement check from Fred Caldwell as a result of a bookkeeping overpayment. This did not have to be done and candidly, I would never had known the difference.
Fred Caldwell Chevrolet is the definition of integrity!
