Chuck worked with me to buy a used toyota which is what I was looking for...he never pushed anything on me, argued with me, or try to change my mind. There was a great used selection to choose from besides Hyundai's.
The car was priced fairly and I got a great trade value.
The process was smooth and Matt in service was great to deal with after I bought the car to go over a couple things for me!
This was the first dealership I've been to in a long time that I felt cared about the customer experience!

I had traveled from Salisbury Md. to Wingate to visit family few weeks ago when my tire warning light came on, on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I knew of your location, upon pulling up to your service department and talking to a girl at her desk (Martina MooYoung, she was great) it was an awesome experience from that point on, even though I had to replace my tire, they also did a recall and changed my oil. What a great dealership. Thank you for taking care of me.

I bought my car from Kieth Hawthorne Hyundai of Gastonia lees than month ago and they said if you have any problem just bring it to the service and they will take care of it. The car has so many issues and when I took it to service they told me you car is fine nothing that we can do about it.
Horrible service and follow up - 1divah
To many issues occurred for me to type them in the small space. I’ve purchased many cars and this was by far the worse customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of having. As your customer I was treated extremely badly. Andrew did the best he could, Jorgen was awesome and Cam did his best to calm the situation but because of John, and Andy I will not return nor will I recommend and I will be removing the tag cover asap. John and Andy were disrespectful and John attempted to bully me (after my husband left) by trying to antagonize me with his size, his evil glare and dismissive conduct towards me. Andy was much worse he was condescending and rude directly in front of his subordinate.
The lack of communication at this dealership is shocking. The lack of processes and the lack of team work is shocking. Know one seems to know what the other department is doing. When you make a promise to a client KEEP IT!! VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS TIME AND EFFORT. Step up your own expectations of how you want your customers to feel after They interact with your teams. CARE!
It might be helpful for them stop mistreating your women/ minority clients.
