We have been very happy with our service experiences at Bradshaw. Ken has taken good care of us. He is always polite and professional. Our service requests have always been met, and Ken never tries to push unnecessary "repairs." Work has been done in a timely manner, and parts were offered for inspection. Our truck was kept overnight once because they could not replicate a sound we were hearing. They made a suggestion as to what it COULD be, as they found a part that was wearing. At 105,000 miles we asked to have it replaced. Ken called to keep us updated. We still aren't positive that was it, but we haven't heard the sound since. This is not the closest dealership to us, but we have been happy and are willing to drive further where we feel we are well taken care of.

Factory recall and diagnostic of uconnect - Connie9574
We took our 2019 Jeep Cherokee for factor recall work on the brakes and a diagnostic of the uconnect system. The brakes were repaired and a new uconnect system has been ordered. All of the staff were very helpful and the service dept seems to run smoothly.

This place is an absolute joke. It’s always a fight to get anything done in the service department and when I asked to get my truck looked at under warranty because I am concerned about oil pressure and noises coming out of my engine they charge me $110 to do nothing at all. Also they for some reason refuse to call you when they’re done. 5 hours without a vehicle to call back up there and she goes oh yeah it’s been done.
Also put in a paint warranty claim and jumped through hoops with a manager for them to basically call me a liar. Never again going here for any reason.

Very honest, helpful and understanding. Broke down on honeymoon, and traded in broken truck for used vehicle. We felt good that they were able to provide a fair price and helped us get back on track.
