This is the 5th Subaru we have purchased but the first with Prestige Subaru. It was our best experience ever in purchasing a car. I really loved being able to look up the inventory online, ask for a price quote, and schedule a test drive of my choice. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything that I couldn't afford. We will definitely be returning to Prestige Subaru when we need another vehicle.

We had an excellent experience with Hunter Subaru, working primarily with a youngish salesman named Brandon, who was congenial, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Although it took quite a while for the loan approval to work through, we were happy with the deal we were able to make on a new Outback Premium and pleased with the interactions we had with several employees and the sales manager as well.

Do not get your car serviced here, I had work done on 2 foresters and it took 3 times for each to get the problem fixed and fight with them about charging me for items that didn't fix the problem.
$ 1600. On a total new ac system , 1 week later it stopped working, took it back and was charged for a/c recharge and o-ring , $ 160.00 !!!

It took me days to get the right info on a used vehicle. I spoke or emailed several people and worked my way up to the owner, Jim Armstrong Jr. He was the ONLY person at the dealership that could tell me anything about the car. Why post it for sell when you have NOBODY there (salesmen and General Manager) who could NOT answer your questions?? And when Mr Armstrong answered your questions, no call back or email on your trade in value. How can a dealership stay open with such terrible customer service?? Avoid these people. They do NOT know what they are doing.
