I initiated sale due to interest in used car at dealership. Unfortunately my salesman was not experienced or very interested. I felt that he could care less if I bought the vehicle or not. Even though I made an appt to see the vehicle he had no idea where it was when I arrived, he knew no important facts about it when I asked. I felt like the managers should not even allow this guy to talk to buyers. The second appt that I set up he was late to work therefore again I knew he could care less. Hoping I would get help from a more knowledgeable salesperson, I continued to have him later in the day. Something that told me a lot was that I had to drive to my bank to pick up the check they would not wait for over night mailing. To get even worse I’m to take the vehicle I just bought which had NO GAS at all. Since I don’t know how far I can get I had to immediately get gas!! That was a new one on a car purchase. There is no owners manual in vehicle and I do not know anything about it. I honestly felt that I was not valued as a customer and should have walked away on the first visit. If I could have known how it would have all ended I would never have bought from them. The managers all let me down by not intervening especially when he was not there for a set appointment.

I see when I read reviews how wonderful Tish is wish i dealt with her and not Becky maybe she would have been honest about what was going on but you know anything for a buck. They did the same thing to my dude I read on another review put you in a vehicle and let you take it for almost 2 weeks and then get a call from the dealer that he was not approve for the loan and he need to bring the vehicle back lol really who puts someone in a vehicle that has not been approved through a bank. Please be careful with these guys no one told us this nor was it in the paperwork.I should have read the reviews before I went back.

SHADY SHADY SHADY!!! I cannot recall the last time I have worked with a group of people lacking integrity like those at Vehicle's Direct. I found a vehicle on their website and everything looked fine. I talked with Lydia and Deangelo, who both told me specifically that the body/paint were in great condition and the car was mechanically solid. I went through with all of the paperwork and asked again if the car was in good condition before sending someone here from Michigan to get the car. Upon arrival, it was clear that they had done a shoddy job of repairing some paint work on the right front fender of the vehicle. I spoke with both sales managers, who both said that it wasn't their fault that the car wasn't as previously described and they were unwilling to move on the price, which was full asking price. I decided to proceed with the transaction, against my better judgement, since I had already spent $800 to fly someone there to get the car. By the time the car made it back, the rear differential was grinding and whining so loud that you could not even have a conversation in the car. So the car went to a repair shop where the repair was quoted at $7400 to replace the rear differential. While in the shop, they spun the wheels(which had been very cheaply refinished to give a good appearance) and 3 out of 4 wheels were bent so bad that they could not be repaired.... Another $4000 for replacement wheels. There were multiple areas in the bodywork/paint that had been cheaply repaired just to get the car off the lot. All said and done, I was told by multiple sales people and sales managers that the car was in good working order and aesthetically good condition, and I received a car that needed almost $14,000 in repairs just to get it in working order and on the road. I have called and left multiple messages for the General Manager, Brad, with not a single return call. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. If it were an option to give a review of zero stars, I would. They definitely did not earn the one star that I am required to give.

This place is awful I bought from them before not charleston one a different one it was ok .bought a truck from charleston drive time in July the transmission blew up in November 11th did not get back til December15th on way home transmission went again no 1st no reverse etc brought it in for replacement transmission again on December18 and January 19th get a call saying truck is ready when I have called drive time their warranty company that I bought the warranty silver rock .company and they are terrible told them I did not want truck anymore as it took them so long to get it fixed and I still had to pay for it .it is a lemon And I will take this further if they want to effect my credit I will write better business bureau etc .they use junk yard parts .and swear they are new garage even told us the first transmission was not a new one . don't go to drive time they and their warranty company are liars

They buy cars from auction and rollback the odometers. I bought a truck from them they said had 136k on it went to trade it in and another dealer told me it has 260k on it. 14k for a truck that isn't worth 4k.
