Top Reviewed Service Specialists At This Dealership
Awesome Experience! - Michael R Learned
I honestly wish I worked with this dealership since day one with this car! We had such a bad experience working with the service center at the original dealership that we leased this vehicle at, that I was personally ready to abandon General Motors for any future car purchases. All that being said, this dealership's service center has certainly earned my trust. From pinpointing the problem, to providing us with a loaner vehicle while it was being worked on, to actually being able to speak to the technician that performed the service after the work was complete, it has been a genuine pleasure. Thanks MP Chevy. You've restored our faith in the brand!
Body shop - Terry B Thomas
Dee Riede was very helpful and knowledgeable about what my car needed. She phoned the next day to let me know the progress and was very pleasant. This was the 2nd time I have needed body work and I will definitely go back again if needed. The paint match was awesome. My Camaro looked new when the body shop finished. I'm happy with the results.
Ultimate Camaro 😈 - ChrisnZl1
Just purchased a 2018 Zl1 from Myrtle Beach Chevrolet. It could not have been a better buying experience; my salesman, Ryan Rodriguez, worked with me to get a top dollar number for my trade-in and an excellent price for the car I bought. The entire process only took a few hours; really a pleasure working with Ryan, his Dad and his brother Paul. BTW, the test drive with Ryan was well worth it, he gave me some well needed tips for handling the Zl1.

Exceptonal Customer Service! - Tyrone2208
I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe for some Warranty repairs and Spoke with Sammy and Dan in the Service Dept. And I must tell you these guys are the Best. Very knowledgable, professional and they made me felt like I was the only customer even during a very busy period. They explained to me what they were gonna do to fix the issue and everything went exactly the way it was explained. They will be getting all of my business and I will be sending business to them. These guys are Top Notch!!
Fantastic Service - Chevrolet Equinox 2018
The service department at Jud Kuhn Chevrolet is fantastic. Everyone is so friendly, efficient and professional. The lounge area is very comfortable and you can also have a fresh cup of coffee and a donut while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. I recommended this dealership to family and friends. Thank you so much of Kuhn Chevrolet
Great service - Nedim14
My wife and I were about to head back home when our Equinox started acting up. After being towed to Rick Hendricks Chevrolet on Savannah Hwy, we were checked in promptly by Jesse McCall. Since we were travelers she pushed us to front of line. Within few hours they checked car and made sure its safe for 5 hour drive back to Atlanta. It was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Strongly recommend RH Chevy.
Horrible service - tylerrocci
This dealership is extremely racist. It uses patriotism to disguise it's xxxxxxxxx for black and brown people. I waited over 25 minutes just to be acknowledged by someone for service. I guess the app on their phones were more important than customer service
Service dept. issues - RAP
Took my Cadillac in for a 4 wheel alignment and my headlights wouldn't come on. Bottom line they changed out parts till till they found the trouble, and charged me over $1000.00 Beware!!
Incompetent service department - chevycruze2013
I have been a repeat customer at the service department for 4 years and I am no longer going to get my car serviced there. I own a 2013 Chevy Cruise with about 65K miles on it. I had my water pump replaced which they did't do a good job on thus had to bring it back for a second visit after they kept my car for 6 days on the initial visit. They also determined that the oil filter cap was leaking, which was most likely caused by the person that changes the oil, but they charged me more than $200 to fix a problem that they caused. As if this is not enough, my car went in the shop with a working AC and came out with the AC not working. Now they are asking me to pay addition $1,300 for them to fix the AC that went bad while the car is in their possession. They need to hire more competent mechanics and better train their admin people; Until that happens, I strongly urge you to find another shop to get your car serviced.
Horrible service department - Someone getting in contact with GM
I made an appointment for my 2014 Silverado LTZ Z71 a week prior for an oil change and tire rotation, some recalls, and a faulty trailer brake system message , with a request for a loaner. I showed up for my appointment at 10:00 as I figured no loaner but no big deal. Before I left the service rep told me I would need a 100 dollar diagnostic that won't be covered by warranty I said ok and made sure they could actually do the tire rotation without messing up the sensors (this already happened at another dealership). He assured me they would be fine and they would never do what the other Chevrolet dealership did. A few hours later I received a call saying I needed to pay for new sensors that would not be covered by warranty and they found the reason I was getting the trailer brake message and that would not be covered either. I was agrivated at this point because he never asked what type of warranty I even had and wanted 600 dollars for something I warned him about before I left my truck. I declined the 600 dollar fix and asked to get my truck back, the rep told me he would call when it was ready. I never received a call or message so I called about 10 minutes before they closed, they told me my truck had been ready but they were about to close so I would have to pick it up the following day. I was there right when they opened greeted by three guys at the desk like something was going to happen. I thought it was kind of funny but just wanted to leave as quickly as possible so I did not lose my temper. All in I paid 150 dollars for an oil change and my truck in worse shape than when I brought it there. Now I will have to drive away from Fort Bragg to find another Chevrolet dealership because both in Fayetteville are horrible.
Well pleased - obcountry
We have always received great service and friendly help. In all the years we have been it's like family now when getting work done or when buying another vehicle.
Customer Service Failure - Frank Banks
Bad at honoring Appointment made at least 30 days in advance for car repairs or Maintenance. I have waited for 60 days after 2 appointments were dropped due to The front desk Secretary's not calling to confirm online appointment and appointment made in person to repair radio wiring.
Service department is a joke - Matthew Prine
I am from Louisiana but am working here close to Lumberton, NC. Two days after I got here my truck would not start. After checking everything I was knowledgeable of I decided to have it towed to this dealership. Since then I have had multiple people who live here tell me I should not have taken my truck there. Now 7 weeks later of which I've had to take my truck back 2 more times and after the second time they still have not repaired it. This is week 4 that they have had my truck consistently. Altogether they have had it for 6 weeks. They've replaced multiple parts and still have not found the problem. They have never offered me a loaner vehicle up until today. Since then I have been paying $200 a week for a rental.
The service manager had the audacity to tell me that when I got my truck back if it messed up again to call them instead of a tow truck because it was costing them too much to keep having it towed. Total of $200 they've payed for towing. I contacted GM corporate and they called me today saying the dealership has knocked off a large chunk of what they are going to charge me. Now I only owe them $500. Plus they were supposed to give me a loaner vehicle today. After 6 weeks of them having my truck. They told me yesterday that they found if the brake switch was causing a diagnostic code my truck would crank but if it wasn't it would not. I told them twice that the brake switch needed to be replaced the first time I took it to them and the second time. It doesn't take 10 minutes to change it. They still haven't changed it to see if it could be causing a problem. Their excuse today was they had a major strive to do for some people who were traveling and they needed to get back on the road. Called them back and I was told the tech still had not changed out the switch because he was working on the other people's car and they had blown their transmission. So after all of the BS I've dealt with and them having my truck for 6 weeks altogether, me paying $800 for a rental, they couldn't spare 10 minutes to change althea brake switch.
This is by far the worst I've ever been treated by any business much less a Chevrolet Dealership in my life. I've owned 8 GM vehicles and my family has owned even more. This service department is a joke and in my honest opinion the whole dealership should be shutdown. They are a insult to General Motors and should not be allowed to operate.
Great service - Happycamper774
My silverado was having an issue with he brakes while on vacation from Connecticut. Other dealerships couldn't get me in until two days before we had to go home. I called Palmetto and talked to Steve. I told him we were due to leave in five days and need this fixed as we are towing an 11,000lb camper. He said to bring it right over. They squeezed me in and found a bad sensor. The repair was 170.00, 200 less than back home. I'm extremely greatful to Steve and Palmetto Chevrolet for their friendliness, urgency of the repair, and performance. True professionals.
