Best Carbuying Experience - tedwardcollins
I went in for service on my 328i. From the moment I came in, I was treated with top notch service. While waiting, I met a salesperson, Felicia Jones. She showed me their inventory never being pushy. After talking to her briefly, I felt like I was not only free to look but also that she was very knowledgable about the BMW brand. So much so that I ended up buying another BMW and brought my wife back a day later to buy a car as well.
Kudos to Felicia Jones- my salesperson, Jay Moore- the Finance Director; who was exceptional and the service department for taking great care of my original vehicle.
Never did I feel that car dealership anxiety. Btw, both buying experiences took less than an hour from start to finish.
I will continue to deal with Nalley BMW of Decatur.
GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

Just had another fantastic service completed on my car at Motor Cars of Georgia. The basic service was completed on time and a few difficult, less common but noticeable interior and exterior cosmetic items were also taken care of with ease and little fanfare. It is a pleasure bringing the car in to the MOG team. Have enjoyed being and look forward to contiune being a long time client..
Great service - Rev Nathaniel Dodd
The service I received was great, the service manager was very helpful. He explained everything that I needed to have done to the car and was very clear and precise. Great company
Terrible experience...over and over again - Neil Schrum
In all fairness, it was difficult for me even to rate this one star. A couple of comments for others wishing to buy here. (1) Please don’t be fooled by the smooth sales folks. I get that is their job, but please understand when leasing they don’t you everything you’d want to know. For example, upon returning your leased car, if your tires aren’t 4/32 or better, they make you buy new tires. To BMW, that is considered excessive wear and tear. Note, I leased an X5 for 36 months and am returning at the end of the lease with only 25K miles. I get rules are rules, but where I have the problem is that no one tells you that requirement in the sales process. They also don’t tell you when you buy the tire and wheel package that was 2K, that when you return your leased car that any scuffed marks on the rims doesn't matter and they will take care of that. I was told that was routine. I purchased this package simply because if I scuffed a rim, I didn’t want to pay for an entire rim upon returning the car. Surprise. They cover that, just not the tires if they are less than 4/32. (2) Please be aware that while your initial sales experience may seem great, your experience with the service department will be awful. As in, for the premium you pay for the brand (I love the BMW brand, and have a 750Li also) that premium experience doesn’t follow through in the service department. In the last 3 years, my experience has been just plain unacceptable. Again, I understand, they have made strides towards new service department management. Yay, for that. I think they are on round three, and I’m not even kidding. In fact, I had one service advisor tell me that she wasn’t there to help customers and she was only employed to pay her bills. While that might be a very true statement, it isn’t a great idea to tell a customer that especially when you work in the customer service department. Net, Net: I love the BMW brand. And, my initial sales experience was great. My advice...be sure to ask about the BMW lease protection plan (I wasn't told about that either), and please ask all of these detailed questions so you aren’t surprised by a huge invoice when returning your car and know the service department experience is a work in progress. Go into it with a lot of patience, understanding and eyes wide open. Remember sales is only one component and service is another. You spend more time with the service department than the sales department. And, basic human ability, prompt follow-up, and treating people how you would want to be treated is vastly overlooked. You should be able to trust that when they are experts in their industry that they would tell you all the details. That wasn’t my experience. Cheers to those folks there who actually do this. I wish that had been my experience and I'd be leasing another car there now and another one in a year for my other car. Final thoughts...enter at risk and ask tons of questions.
Bad dealership - renmon
Worst service ever since the day I purchased my bmw 528 there. I have been telling my wife not to take the car back there and finally she heard me. Took the car there last time in Sep 2017 to change oil and was told that there was no need for it. Four months later, I decided to take to another dealership which told me the car (with only 30 K miles and 7 years of use) had an oil leak which can cause fire. Repair will be more than 1 K. Also front brakes on the car are gone only after 30 K!! Compared to my lexus, the reliability of a bmw is junk! Will never buy a bmw again!
poor service and try to scam customer - Jin
Dropped off my car for annual service and replace battery on Jan 16th. Got a call to pick my car up. On Jan 20, I went to get my car. Drove out less than 3 minutes, shows engine overheated and engine fans is on. Drove back immediately. One of their technician opened cap of the radiator, there is no fluid inside. Told me they will take care and let me go. Called their service consultant several time on Jan 22nd and told I am unlucky my water pump failed. They can charge me $1400 to fix it. I told her my car were running well when i drop it at shop. I saw there is no fluid in the radiator when I found out problem. Today, 1/23/2018 the consultant Annie called, they will give me a discount to only charge me $600 to fix it and do me favor. And keep on telling me it is her manager's decision.
By the way, this is not the first time bad experience. In 2017 I made an appointment a week ago. while I got there. they told me there is no appointment. I had to make another appointment.

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place.
Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.
Got the job done - NicoleDuBose
I needed a tire and fast. Hiram (hope I spelled it right) helped me out and didn't pressure me into anything. Replaced my tire and put it on in under a hour at a good price. Found this place when I searched tires buckhead and the reviews sounded good so I thought I'd try them. Glad I did, thanks.
