We took possession the 2021 CRV after sun down.
We went over the car in a cursory fashion and noticed a cut in the rear seat cover. service manager told us he would order it and call when it came to the dealership. Over next couple of days it rained. This is Pollen Season here in N. Georgia,so it was dirty from rain and loaded with pollen. I washed it by hand and wiped it down with micro fiber towels. This is when I noticed 2 paint issues (bubble in clear coat behind sunroof which stood "proud" from rest of paint. I also noted an elongated scratch at driver side rear door. I called service manager and he said he would fix it when the seat cover was being fixed. Outside body shop did work and it looks good. We will always take possession with ample lighting in the future.

Worst experience ever! Bought a new Ridgeline at Honda Carland and from day 1 it was downhill. No prep had been done on my vehicle when picking it up, then began a series of electronic issues that Service couldn’t get right. After more visits than required to qualify for lemon law, the GM gave me his word they would make it right with a different vehicle. I was patient for 2 1/2 months and making payments on a truck that continued to have problems. I discovered that the GM had no intention of making it right. Honda Corp washes their hands saying the dealership is privately owned. I was left with 0 options other than going to Ford and trading it in for a great deal.
