Of the 5 people working the service counter, one had on a mask, one had as mask around his neck and the other three had no masks. When the one with the mask around his neck asked if he could help me, I told him to put on his mask, which he did begrudgingly. At that time he directed me to my rep, who did not have a maks. When I brought that to my reps attention me ignored me on more than one occasion. When I asked again if masks were required for the service personnel he told me "NO". I stood about 12 feet from him.
This dealership has ZERO concern for the health and well being of the customer. No hand sanitizing stations. The customer has no importance to this facility. I will never go back.
