Unfortunately we had a mishap with our tow vehicle and had it towed to John Thorton Chevrolet dealer in Lithia Springs Georgia although they were not able to repair the vehicle or the cost we’re hoping for they were very kind and knowledgeable with awesome personalities they helped us find a storage yard and arrange for a tow saving us over 100 bucks.
Their hospitality was over and above what you would expect. It’s great to see there are still honest reliable and trustworthy people who truly want to help, just because!

I have been to Ivory Chevrolet on many occasions and have only left once with terrible service. That was my first time visiting but as I went back the service kept getting better. Fred is the best man for any job and will make sure you leave happy! He always makes sure I am taken care of, I appreciate him a lot.

GM Cerified....bad experience - Shiptraverse
I have a GM certified, 2015 Chevy Traverse.
I took it to their service department where I was hoping to get the problem fixed in a few days. They told me it was a motor mount that was causing all of my issues and that it was u see warranty and repaired and ready to pick up. I come pick it up and drive home (13 miles) and it is having for similar if not exact....steering wheel won’t make Sharp turns, burning rubber smell, loud noise near steering column...etc. I call the service department back and tell them what’s going on and they tell me to bring it back in. My kids miss dance...I drive back and drop it off again..this time they call me
and tell me it’s the power steering pump and that it will be $771.00....I told him that I would get with my husband and call him back. I later called
In and told them that we would be picking up the vehicle and repairing it at another time...everything seemed ok and he told me to come by 6.
This is when the craziness started. I had the pleasure (not) of working with Michael Beam “Mike”. He never told me that I had any balance at all, I tried to pick up my keys and he told me to follow him..,I noticed we were going towards the cashiers bit didn’t really put anything together until he started telling me that I had to pay my balance before he would give me my keys. I told him that I was not informed or prepared to pay anything and that with the GM certified warranty I thought that the diagnoses was covered...( it has been previously at dealerships). He got mad and picked up a pen in rage and started clicking back and forth towards me and appeared to be shaking mad and said that I was going to pay that this was not fair to his service people. He was getting more upset by the minute and would not release my keys. When he started pointing the pen at me and shaking his skating raging fist at me I decided to walk away and call the Carrollton Police. I did not feel safe here...I felt like he was threatening me and trying to make me pay for something that I never agreed to...but the pen thing put me over he edge I was here with my 3 kids and they were very scared and upset. They didn’t understand what was going on and I couldn’t get them out of there fast enough. I feel like I was definitely treated badly and I know that the employee was in the wrong because he disappeared, never came back, never apologized and did not present himself to the police. This place was highly recommended to us. We are from Bremen and even went to high school with one of the Bells. I am very upset that this happened to me and even more upset that my kids had to witness this. I was treated badly because I couldn’t pay 771.00 a few days before Christmas and he was very upset with me and thought that if he intimidated me enough I would give in. I don’t appreciate being treated like this and the thing that bothers me most is that if my husband came in he would have never been treated this way. I hope that this was a rare “bad experience” and that Michael Beam has misrepresented this company. I am waiting to hear back from the service manager who is trying to see if Chevy will be able to help
Resolve the power steering issue...but I’m honestly
Scared to come back to this dealership. I have never been treated this badly...I was scared, I was disrespected and my kids were scared. I didn’t do anything to deserve this and I truly hope that this information is relayed to the right people so this doesn’t happen again...to anyone else. All I got was excises about it being a stressful time of year.i still can’t believe this happened and I am really trying to figure out what the next step is to take. I would be concerned if I was Mike Bell because this man refers to himself as”Mike@ and I wasn’t sure if it was the actual Mine Bell or not until I looked over the paperwork. I plan on reaching out to him too but people beware...and I honestly like to ha for

Ok well if you like being treated like your dirt under some ones nails then come to library Chevrolet. You will have a great time. No one will be able to help you and they will talk down to you like there better then you. Took my 2013 equinox there for a old change and to have them give it a once over. A day later my oil light came on I pulled my dip stick out to my surprise there was no oil. So I called the deal the girl that picked up told me the service department was closed and I need to call back on monday. I asked to talk to someone else she said ok but they can't help you. The nexted person that picked up said the same thing she said to call back on monday. Long story short I now drive a ford and will never recommend library Chevrolet to any one!!!
