He was very knowledgeable, polite and patient as we made the decision. he respected our wishes during these Covid times and was really took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Even after a little setback of communication about our vehicle and the pre-delivery inspection (nothing the dealership did, on the GM computer side) the team was really helpful and let us know what was going on. On top of it, they delivered the vehicle to our door once everything was cleared to go so we didnt have to drive back to the dealership another time. We had a very good experience overall, and we are happy to have driven a little outside of our area to get that hometown feel for service. Scheduled appointment to have a diagnostic ran on my 2018 Chevy Colorado because the transmission shakes like it is about to fall out. Decided to have oil change completed at the same time since I was going to be there. When I arrived I was told that I needed to basically make an appointment for the transmission issue, even though that is what i did. I now have to come back for the transmission to be diagnosed. If I had known this I would have had the oil changed at a quick lube location and the transmission serviced by a dealer who actually lets you make an appointment and honors it.

Awful experience! I had an appointment scheduled to look at a vehicle. Upon arrival I was told the rep had already left for the day. Me and the rep that did help went to look for the vehicle. We couldn’t find it so he went in to ask about it. Come to find out they had already sold it! He then offered me a vehicle over twice the price! The old bait and switch wasting my time and gas on a 45 minute drive in one direction. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Terrible customer service and very unresponsive. Contacted the dealer about a vehicle 2 weeks ago and received a text from a rep & she never followed back or responded to any text messages after the 1st day. 2ndly I recieved a email that claimed the dealership was closed and they would return my call as soon as they reopen. I had several co workers and family attempt to contact the dealer about the vehicle & the received no response as well. Lastly, there are 5-7 different numbers for the dealer and no one ever answered any of the numbers. Ive monitored the vehicle for several days & to my surprise today 9/23/2020 the vehicle was sold. So obviously either the rep I was dealing with wanted the vehicle for herself or one of the employees wanted it for themselves. SO if you look for a dealership that will keep all the best deals to THEMSELVES & leave the remaining trash vehicles to the public...COME TO PARKER CHEVROLET!!!(Suge Knight voice)

Pathetic is the only word I can say to describe my experience at Dublin Chevrolet. The absolute WORST service department I have ever used in my life. The service woman has CRS (can't remember xxxx) and the service manager just doesn't give a xxxx. The last dealer I would ever use and I would highly suggest you think twice before leaving your vehicle with them. They did absolutely nothing I had asked them to do. RUN!!!!
