When I arrived they had the car ready for me to test drive, answered all of my questions. Pressure free enviorment. Really took great care. There was no lengthy waiting or anything of that sort, I was in and out within two hours. Great place, great people.

Once again it's Miss Rose to the rescue. Recently I hit a pothole while driving in Midtown (I know, what a surprise), immediately a warning light popped on to notify me that my rear turn signal bulb was out. Ugh, what a hassle. YouTube it. A week goes by. Didn't buy bulb. YouTube it again. Another few days go by. Bulb still out, ugh. Was driving in the vacinity of Jim Ellis VW and thought I would drop in to see if they could fix it. Rose promptly greeted me as I walked in the door and asked how she could help. Mentioned the bulb error message and she went to the car to check the code. She looked up my records and mentioned that the car was still under warranty and wouldn't cost me any money to fix. Happy me! Didn't even care that she said it would take 45 minutes. It was less time than that and I don't have that nagging warning light on anymore! Miss Rose you are the best!

I just wanted to take a moment to share what an incredibly easy experience it was working with the team at Mazda of Roswell. The way the dealership is set up, the sales managers are right there with you and there's no great barrier towards direct communication. I told them my budget and what I understood would be the best price I have been able to find on a Mazda 6 and they worked with me to get where I needed to be to make it happen. Malik excellent - everyone else just ok - Brian Richey
-Malik was excellent. Very sincere, never pushy, etc....we had a good line of communication throughout the transaction and he was great.
-After having a great initial meeting with Malik, discussing process from my end, etc.....receiving an email from the GM of the dealership a few hours later saying "I heard you left without getting a deal done.....what can we do".....while well intended was NOT NECESSARY and overkill that gives your industry a bad reputation.
-The Sales Manager called me then a few hours later asking "what can we do" and was pushy....despite Malik and I having a well laid out plan. That pushiness was unecessary. Malik and I had laid out a good plan and map.
-Never did I indicate I would purchase a car within 24 hours but did indicate it would be fairly soon....so the "what can we do to get this today" was unnecessary and irritating.
Minus Malik I felt pushed unnecessarily....almost thought about buying at another Toyota car lot but did not want Malik punished for others poor work and unecessary pushiness.
Malik again excellent, everyone else average at best.
