Derrick Butts and Deon Moon.
Derrick Butts was the salesperson who helped me to secure a deal on a bran new 2021 BMW M4. It began with a small talk in the showroom then I decided to pull the trigger. Derrick tried his best to give me a good deal.
I would also thank Deon Moon who finalized all the paperwork and walked me through purchase of maintenance and protection plan. He gave me an unbelievable deal on protection plans.
All things considered, I will buy more BMWs from this dealership in the future.

FRAUD!! CHEAT!! UNETHITCAL! Stay Away!
I leased a vehicle through a broker and I reside out of state. The paperwork was done via Fedex. After 14 days or so when it showed up on BMW website I noticed that my allocated mileage was 30k instead of 36k. Upon deep diving and rechecking the executed paper I noticed that my signature was forged and numbers were altered. This deal was conducted via a broker. The car was to be shipped to me.
OMAR Saleh -The Sales Rep- - Stop paying attention after deal was done. I had to contact again and again to get the vehicle shipped to me. He sent me paperwork with forged signature. Never sent the title work to MY DMV after promising. I had to send mails again and again to get the copy of executed paperwork.
Jason Diaz – Called and lied pretending to be the co-worker boss to cover up the forgery. Lied that GM is aware of situation. Lied that BMW is correcting contract and lied that employee will be fired.
Scott Smith (GM) - Did not take any action on the employee who conducted the forgery and made me deal with the same employee throughout the process. I spent more than a month sending email/phone calls. On the calls he sounded like it was not a big deal. Big part of the problem.
Michael Perez- Finance Director- Forged my signature, kept on sending paperwork with mistakes to me. Delayed every step of the process and had to be pushed all through even after committing the forgery. Got away with no punishment what so ever.
In the end- My miles was corrected. The money that they were trying to pocket was added to my account and hence payment was decreased by $25 per month. No compensation was given for the ordeal that I had to go through. It took 1.5 month for this to sort out. The employee involved was not disciplined and got away with the mess.
I am not sure how many other they have done this to. I was lucky to check the information else I would had discovered it after 3 years during turn in.

Warning! United BMW engages in shady and deceptive sales... - sims29
Warning! United BMW engages in shady and deceptive sales practices. Complete embarrassment to the brand. Bought a vehicle after agreeing to price. Sent $154,000. Called to confirm my vehicle would be ready. Representative said to take delivery at 3:30 same day. They needed to get it off the showroom floor. I took a 45 minute UBER to their location. I arrived and was immediately lied to. They said the paperwork wasn't ready and to come back the next day. Huh? I had to escalate the matter to a manager. He also lied stating paperwork wasn't ready and to come back the next day at 9am. I told them I wasn't leaving without the car. It was already paid for. That's when the truth came out. They had another deal on the vehicle, even though I sent my $154,000 and arrived at the dealership an hour and a half later. Understand, it was not a deposit, it was payment in full. Absolutely ridiculous. Scummy sales practices. Must have sold me out trying to make another grand or so??? Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. Not worth the headache. I have documents and texts that confirm everything stated above.

Not the exotic car dealership I thought they were.... - Wayne. G
Not the exotic car dealership I thought they were. Purchased my Lamborghini Aventador SVJ from them. Everything was great during the buying process and they ensured me they were not like some dealerships out there that after the sale your business was not appreciated and you were important to them as a customer.
Well I am now finding out that's a lie. I am moving out of the country and unfortunately can't take the car with me. Since they were so nice and courteous . I thought about offering them the first option to buy this rare very exclusive car since none of these type supercars are being produced due to the pandemic and the Lamborghini facility being shutdown and no cars being produced . The car has actually increased in value since my purchase do to the shutdowns and the fact no more will be produced of the SVJ.
Well that was a mistake and they showed their true colors. I was offered wholesale pricing LOL. Save your time and find a dealership that wants to keep you as a lifetime customer. Not intending to sound bad, but there are very few of us who can afford automobiles in this price range. Find someone other than Motor Cars of Atlanta that is going to value you and your business.
