We stopped in to look at a used 2020 Cadillac XT6. We liked the vehicle, the salesman was polite, professional & knowledgeable, negotiated a price that we were ok with, so we made the deal on that Monday and told them we'd be back on Friday to pick up the car as we had to get money moved/covered. They told us to write a check and they would hold it until Friday, but we were free to take the car. Great, right? They cashed the check on Wednesday. We were overdrawn well into the 10s of thousands of dollars. When I reached out to the finance manager, Carl, he apologized and said it was an accident and that they would take care of any fees I incurred. How about the hit to my credit??? I had to spend the better part of the morning trying to cover this check and incurred fees associated with this. That was Jan. 13th, 2021. I let Carl know the amount to be reimbursed. I'm still waiting to be reimbursed. I reached out to Carl again Feb. 8th, 2021. He was going to get with the "office manager" and forward their response to me. Still waiting. I would think this would be a really easy thing to take care of , not to mention the right thing to do. This whole experience with the finance department has been a nightmare. As a business owner that purchases several vehicles every year I will never do business with this dealership, or any of it's sister stores again. I will also encourage my family and friends to never shop here.

After going back and forth with pricing and such I was told by the manager (Kamar-sp?) we could “get to the price you’re looking for monthly” to sign and they would make it work. I had asked specifically to run everything through the credit Unions if running my credit (they initially said they do not work with my usual credit Union First Commerce). Not surprisingly my credit was run through GM financial INSTEAD after asking it not to be and of course brought back a higher percentage rate 7.85% (even with my good credit.) I questioned the manager why he did that and he explained he thought it would be the better option. Of course this made me frustrated and we left unhappy being told to call our credit union and try to work it out, basically do all the leg work that should’ve been done in the first place by your manager. Even still against my better judgement I tried to make the deal work and I called my credit union and got the numbers right with a much better percentage rate of 3.9% and term we could make work. I called back to explain all this to the manager and stated what price out the door would be needed. Basically got a call back that they couldn’t/wouldn’t do it. You lost a deal over $1500 bucks. I give you a one star rating for your managers actions, your inability to make it right after those actions and losing a sale over a slim margin. I will not recommend to anyone and I hope you stay honest and keep this review up in the interest of transparency to others so they know what they’re walking into. FYI this deal was for my fiancé, I also went to this dealership 2 years ago when I was looking for a new truck and was the SAME scenario. Ended up at a dealer in Tallahassee and was extremely satisfied then and will be the same outcome this time.

What a pleasant experience. From the first phone call till driving away in my new truck. My salesman Don was awesome. When I called or texted him I got a quick response, and the response was always positive. I’ve been buying a new truck every two years for about the last 20 years and have dealt with a lot of dealerships. I can honestly say that because of my salesman and his manager this has been one of the best if not the best experience to date. When it’s time for me or my wife to get a new vehicle, this is the first (hopefully only) place I’ll be going.

Hi I have had a great experience with the service department. Once I was told by another dealer I needed a battery but that dealer did no have a battery , so I went to prince and I did not need a battery , the ends just needed tighting up. They were very busy on a friday just before closing but they did not rush me. It was very nice so I called today for a oil change. They were again able to work me in and took their time to check everything. They drove me back to work and the price was lower than quoted. The driver was very friendly, (sorry I didn't get his name). The service man on the phone and in person was very friendly and helpful. The only thing, It was raining when I picked up my car and it was not pulled up under the sally port for me. I will recommend this place and I will be back again. Thanks Nancy

I live about 3 hours away from Hobson in Santa Rosa County, FL, but they had the vehicle I was looking for at a heck of a price. We worked everything out over text and email, I drove up there and got back on the road in a hurry. Even factoring in the drive time, it took less time than my last car purchase did in town.
They were able to get better financing than I could get using the lowest local credit union in my area, and handled the tax/tag/title flawlessly, too, which is not always best for out-of-state purchases. Next time I need to buy a car, I'm just going to send Bubba what I'm looking for and wait for him to find it.

Traveling down I-75, 4 hours from home, my Suburban had some major mechanical problems. After several calls to find help, Prince Chevrolet came to our rescue with excellent service. We had problems finding a tow service (even with AAA) and Prince Chevrolet offered their body shop tow truck to get us to their dealership. Marion in Service offered to help us find a rental car, and actually checked reviews on a rental agency while we were talking! Above and beyond consideration of the customer!

Terrible customer service and very unresponsive. Contacted the dealer about a vehicle 2 weeks ago and received a text from a rep & she never followed back or responded to any text messages after the 1st day. 2ndly I recieved a email that claimed the dealership was closed and they would return my call as soon as they reopen. I had several co workers and family attempt to contact the dealer about the vehicle & the received no response as well. Lastly, there are 5-7 different numbers for the dealer and no one ever answered any of the numbers. Ive monitored the vehicle for several days & to my surprise today 9/23/2020 the vehicle was sold. So obviously either the rep I was dealing with wanted the vehicle for herself or one of the employees wanted it for themselves. SO if you look for a dealership that will keep all the best deals to THEMSELVES & leave the remaining trash vehicles to the public...COME TO PARKER CHEVROLET!!!(Suge Knight voice)

My Daughter had car trouble in Quitman so Sent my car to Cass Burch Quitman. After picking up, (over $1,000 to replace cracked fuel rail) car was not running right, skipping, etc. Took it to dealer closer to home. Was a little shocked to discover cause of trouble was mounting bolts and one fuel injector were missing!!! Don’t know how parts disappear, but apparently they are still at Cass Burch. Service Manager offered to pick up my car from my home dealership and make further repairs..
I said NO!!! A DEALERSHIP here is already making repairs, WHY stop their work to send it 2 hours away to the ones that already showed incompetence?????

Purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze just 5 days ago. Although I am very happy with the car, I am very unhappy with the situation. I traded in a 2012 ford focus with 88,000 miles with absolutely no problems. The saleman told me that my car is only worth $2000 for a trade in. I showed them that I had a quote from carmax for $4400 to trade my car in. The manager then came out and told me that Carmax is lying and that they would never give me $4400 because that car only goes for $3000 in auction and that they couldnt give me more then $2000. I told him that he is lying and that I guarantee the car is going on their lot in a few days for atleast $8,000. He said that's not true that they'll send it to auction and be lucky to get $3000 for it! For some reason I decided to believe them. Well below you will see a picture of my car for sale on their website for $8,999 and a picture of my quote at $4,400 from carmax. And trust me, they don't budge at all on the prices of their used cars so they will get the $8,999 and sell it in less then a week guaranteed. Stay away from this place they will rip you off and smile in your face.

I'm glad to say that service manager Rocco and master tech Ronnie are back at Beck Chevy of Starke, they were gone for a few months and they took my confidence in the service dept with them. I recently had a problem with the A/C on my 2014 Silverado and as GM has had a lot problems with this model of vehicles A/C system, Rocco got the costs covered by GM and Ronnie had it repaired within 2 days of the diagnosis. These employees are an asset to this dealership and I highly recommend the service department to one and all. "5 STAR SERVICE DEPT"
Damage to truck before and after sale - LutherP
Bought a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd high country duramax that had damage to the transmission cooler before I bought it. Salesman assured me that if I bought it they would take care of it. After sale they refused to replace it. They also damaged the bed rail on my truck while installing a bed cover and refused to replace it. DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS DEALER SAYS. GM WAS NO HELP EITHER. NO MORE GM PRODUCTS FOR ME BECAUSE OF THIS SORRY DEALERSHIP.
