A gentleman by the name of Dustin M. Berresford, recently started at Parks Ford and Lincoln here in Gainesville Fl over a month ago. He is from the Cleveland Ohio area where I guess he sold MANY vehicles and from my short time talking to him I could tell rite away that he sells a lot of vehicles because he is about the customer and is transparent as heck ! If anyone wants treated like a human , Dustin will make sure you get everything you want. You want it he will get it done ! BUYER BEWARE. Purchased what we thought was 2019 F150 FX4. After taking home, realized that there were no skid plates (basic to an FX4). Took it back to Tallahassee Ford to inquire and was told as a used vehicle, that an FX4 decal does not mean it is an FX4. What? So, they have a truck on the lot that displays (and sells) as an FX4 but is not really an FX4? Even our sales person was shocked. Talked to manager Bob Hewitt and he says, "That's the way it is" and "It's not up to the dealership to verify what we are selling is indeed what we are selling. That's the buyer's responsibility." Simply put, do not trust Tallahassee Ford. They are not honorable. They are deceptive. So much for supporting local business.

We love the sales and service here and drive 35 minutes out of the way just to come here to get our service....Love Fitzgerald Ford. Be careful they try to reel you in with low car cost but add a package that is mandatory that costs over 2 grand if yall want to see how a dealership is supposed to be run go to a place that is not cheifland ford they are a massive waste of time they had the opportunity to make me aware of the extra 2 grand they would try to charge me but failed to do so even though they knew I'd be driving 2.5 hours to go look at a vehicle that they didn't even put gas into for a proper test drive before I got there. I had a major issue in the sales department. After buying a truck that they told me they would fix after the purchase, I found out it was just the salesmans way of closing the deal with no intention of honoring their word. After talking to some friends, I found out that their service department recently charged for services they did not perform. Again, no intent to honor their mistake. Seems like a bad dealer with no motive to please the customer.

Sold truck that their shop had checked out and said was fine . After two weeks and less than 300 miles rear axle failure and dealership wants $1600. To repair . Will not be a return customer .

Sales Manager Fails to Keep His Word - Dlowd

Sales Manager, Timmy Rozier failed to fulfill his promise to provide the second key for a used 2008 Taurus Limited we purchased for my fiancé. On two separate calls he said he'd contact me regarding the key and failed both times to say whether we will get the key or that it may even be unavailable. The first indicator to walk was that the salesman, Cass, who was great to work with, met my initial price, but the manager, Tim Rozier disallowed and changed the sale price. The mistake I made was bringing my fiancé..., for she really wanted the car so I did the deal for a little more than my offer. Found a few days later that Cass no longer worked there when I called to inquire and indicate we hadn't received the key in the mail yet. This dealer probably doesn't need my business but I certainly don't need them either, all things considered. In my experience, this is just another sales-driven dealership who is somewhat short on integrity of service for everyone.
