I went to Mazda while looking for an upgrade to my current car. I worked with Jared who was very knowledgeable and was able to find me exactly what I would want. While I ultimately ended up not purchasing a vehicle at this time, I know I'll be going to Jared when I do.

Hi I have had a great experience with the service department. Once I was told by another dealer I needed a battery but that dealer did no have a battery , so I went to prince and I did not need a battery , the ends just needed tighting up. They were very busy on a friday just before closing but they did not rush me. It was very nice so I called today for a oil change. They were again able to work me in and took their time to check everything. They drove me back to work and the price was lower than quoted. The driver was very friendly, (sorry I didn't get his name). The service man on the phone and in person was very friendly and helpful. The only thing, It was raining when I picked up my car and it was not pulled up under the sally port for me. I will recommend this place and I will be back again. Thanks Nancy

The Sales team is great to work with- honest and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager, Charlie Williams is very friendly and followed up with me personally about a request. Chris Koromvokis, the Finance Manager, makes the buying experience a breeze. The staff always provide comprehensive information about the vehicles .I have found that working with Gem Mazda is a pleasure! They really care about their customers.
