What an amazing experience - BriYhan
I consider myself a somewhat picky person when it comes to making big purchases, and buying a car is definitely no exception. Jon was considerate, understanding, and accommodating towards my examination of the details. He was not pushy, did not rush us, and certainly did not force us to buy anything. I told him that I drove 2 hours with an intent to purchase as long as he worked with me, and he certainly did. He and David Hoff were down to earth, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this dealership, especially Jon. And we love our car!

Excellent experience - jlthomas1956
Our experience with JD and Tyler was excellent! There was no “hard sell” just helpful advice on buying options. I would recommend either of them if you are purchasing a car

Travis Biles assisted worked wonders for my daughter. - Celesta
Great experience working with Travis Biles. He was very helpful with my daughter in purchasing a new car. She is very much pleased and I'm proud before she is happy. The grandsons have more than enough room in their new SUV.
Thank you Travis.
New Owners at Quincy FL Jeep Ram Dealership - Traffic Tom
I've been buying/trading cars since 1967. Johnny and Wayne made this the easiest, fastest best car buying experience I've ever had bar none. Got what I wanted at a price that we were very satisfied with in a short period of time. I liked the pervious owner but the new one I thing I'll like even more. Give them a try, it can't hurt and you just might be as happy as we are with our new Ram 1500. Thanks Johnny and Wayne.
Salesperson was amazing! - ben
We worked with Keith and wanted a car with specific features that were difficult to find. He was creative and worked to get us what we wanted. He was in good communication with us and we always felt that he was working hard and above all he was honest. Excellent salesperson!
It's here! - DavidButts
After visiting Garber several times(as well as being a repeat new car customer) and driving many new vehicles, I finally made up my mind as to which car and options I wanted. It was a special order 2019 Mustang with the color and options that I specifically picked myself. I ordered it with the help of an excellent/awesome salesman that is no longer there on August 18 2018 and due to no fault of Garbers or any of their employees it did not arrive till January 4th 2019. Mark Montgomery called to let me know "it's here!"Needless to say that the wife and I were anxious to see it. We made the appointment and on Saturday January the 12th it became ours.
Great work! - DJKINSAUL1
The service department did a great job repairing my van and providing transportation for me to and from work. I am grateful and will use them again!
Great no pressure new car sales - RichardD
My experience with this dealer was very satisfying. I was in the market for a new Wrangler so I dropped by to see what they had. We found one that I fell in love with. The guys worked hard to get me a deal that we both liked and now I'm happy with my new Jeep. Thanks to Ryan Cramer for all of your help!
A good service center - Bozotrucker
I like the good service I get there. A good dealership. I would recommend it to everybody. I like the sales people at the dealership.
Overcharging - Dair1977
I was overcharged for labor cost. I was charged $200+ for labor on maybe 15 minutes of work. They also charged my warranty company labor cost on top of that. They are scammers who take advantage of customers who don't know a lot about cost of fixing issues with your car.
The experience and overall service was fantastic - Quincyfortson3
Jimmy Jefferson was a great dealer overall he made my family and I feel great and he had a great service and was very easy to deal with. A great employee and individual overall.
Lawsuit waiting to happen.... again. - Dar
TLDR; service department blew up my engine and refused to take responsibility. once i brought it back for warrant work on that engine, it began knocking again and started eating itself (i believe).
Long story shortened: Brought truck in for engine noise, found and and attempted to replace exhaust manifold. broke off a bolt in the head, had to replace the head. after a month of work, truck was put back together and turned on. The truck had a loud sound in it and then turned off, it had blown a piston. during this time after I dropped off the truck, I had not seen it until after it had chunks of piston separated in one of the cylinders and down in the crank. the response to the fact that the service department blew up my engine was that it was not their problem and did i want to spend 3k on top of what an external warranty company was giving me for a new "dodge" engine, or just take the new aftermarket engine. opted in the end for the new aftermarket engine. another 2 months go by and i get the truck back. 14k miles later it has a sound again. take it in for a oil change, oil flush and an inspection in case the sound is warranty related. they stated that i was not. returned the truck to me and i drove off the lot. nothing sounded different until the next day. I turned the truck on and it was knocking. After that I sold the truck due to not being comfortable driving it.
when dealing with the whole situation i requested to speak to people in higher positions, I got to the service director and when he would not help i asked about the owners and what they said, and apparently everyone was on the same page. they would not take responsibility for anything that happened.
Bait and switch - Kim
Classic bait and switch advertising. Called and vehicle was available. Drove 55 miles and was told it was sold just this morning. But we called before we left and it was still available. Slimy people. Will never recommend or trust these people again.
Recall work on my Ram truck - H Browning
Had an appointment at 2:00 pm on two recalls and was out by 3:00 pm. Quick checkin, quick work, and great service. Very pleased with dealership management and service team.
Terrible Customer Service After Purchase - Scott Tedford
Great experience buying my first Wrangler with Joshua. That's where this review dropped from the 5 stars I originally posted to the now revised 1 star.
Horrible experience with the total lack of customer service following the purchase.
I put my new Jeep on my insurance the night I bought it, but 3 weeks later the dealership called saying my insurance said the Jeep hadn't been added. I explained that was impossible because I already received my new insurance cards. After they insisted, I called my insurance and was told the dealership had never even called them to check. I called the dealership back, but couldn't get the same person on the phone and they never returned my call.
They lost the document I gave them which was necessary to receive the Tread Lightly Affiliate discount. They called me saying they never received the document, and insisted I hadn't provided it. I had to forward the document again, not only to ensure they had it but also in order to prove I had already provided it.
They made an error in paying my tags and taxes, so it's been more than a month and still no tags. They told me the amount they collected and paid was too high, so they had to issue a new check to the tax office. When I asked when they would be refunding me the extra tax they collected from me, they said they would need to research the matter. That's been a week, and they still won't return my calls and emails on that matter.
Had to drive on a dead temporary tag for days, even though 4 different people over a period of 4 days insisted they had overnighted a new temporary tag. The postal record proved those to be lies.
Eventually it became sadly predictable as every person I called would promise to be different and return my call with an update, however all but 1 consistently proved to be reliable only in their ability to make empty promises.
People answering the front desk will quickly transfer you to the same person's voicemail, even though you repeatedly ask them to transfer you to someone else and explain that the person they transferred you to is out of the office. This wasn't an issue once on one day, but multiple times on multiple days.
Service department quotes more than triple the labor for the same exact work quoted by 3 other Jeep dealerships...then laughs and implies you are lying when you tell them what 3 other dealerships quoted for the same job.
So in summary, Joshua in Sales is great. He will work hard to get you a good deal. I highly recommend him. Beyond Joshua, based on my personal experience over the past month, be prepared to be passed around, ignored, insulted, etc. It is truly disappointing how service prior to writing a check in excess of $50,000 is starkly different from service after....
My car is a kemon - Lemon law
My van left me on the side of the road for 4 hours in 100 degrees temperature. Would not start. 966 miles on it Now the engine light is on when you turn it off and take the key out the engine keeps running. I don't trust the van. I want a new one or my money back. I don't know who I should talk to but it will be high up because I'm 70 years old and got a new car so I would be safe and almost had a heat stroke and my friend who is also 70 years old did have a heat stroke. So someone should pay for this
Fraudulent documents - Gj51116
Lied on the credit app. Lied about income (being the fact I didn’t have any type of income at the time )They lied to the bank about optional equipment on the vehicle I was purchasing to the bank I did some research they are crooks and also breaking laws. The authorities have been contacted
Bad Jeep! - M.R.
I've had numerous leak issues with my wife's Jeep. Can't get this resolved. No help once so ever from management! Was bought new from there and only had about 10 months.
2013 Fuel filter change - chartreux2u
Went in for my fuel filter to be changed and truck never ran right after it, we travel full time so when we arrived in Pocatello, ID my fuel filter gauge was showing only 5% remaining we only used 500 Gallons of fuel since the change and only 7246 miles.
So I went to Lithia Dodge and that's when I found out that my truck had 2 different fuel filters on it and Hutson Motor co only changed one of them but charged me for a full hour of labor.
The truck has been running fine now that both filters have been changed like it was suppose to be.
Called Chrysler customer service and they talked to the service techs which lied and told customer service that I refused to have the second fuel filter changed after they told me there was 2 filters.
I was never told about the second filter until Pocatello, ID, I sent my copies of the work done to customer service which showed no mention of a 2nd fuel filter.
I would not recommend going to the dealer for anything they proved they are dishonest with there lies to cover up their lack of required work by manufactures guide lines of service.
