My Jeep renegade has lots of problems so I took it in for them to get fixed. All they did was mark and say they couldn't duplicate them. They didn't even test drive it the miles in matched the miles out. They tightened the luggage rails and dented the roof also but once again they are saying it wasn't them. The Jeep is 2 months old and has 3000 miles on it. Do not go here for repairs they don't know what to do or they don't do anything at all.

On Sept. 1 this year, I took my Ram 2500 in for a recall repair and oil change 7:30 appointment. Service writer was not interested in taking my oil change coupon but did regale me of his Louisiana rearing (who cares, right?) and of course the cashier refused to take the coupon as well. On the way home, I noticed that they had used regular oil instead of the synthetic I always use and was clearly marked on the window sticker from the last oil change. I called the dealership and spoke to Crystal(?) who promised me a free oil change because of their refusal to take my coupon and the wrong oil type. After submitting a less than stellar review survey, a week later I had a phone message from 'Priscilla' who stated quite tersely that she wanted to make amends for the bad review but any compensatory offerings were off the table if I didn't call her back THAT DAY! I called Priscilla back and was told, yes, we'll do the free oil change for you IF you give us a '10' score on a follow-up survey. Talk about some stones! They're going to hold a measly free oil change for ransom in lieu of a good survey? ...and they put the wrong oil in to begin with? Yes, the oil they put in will not hurt the truck but it wasn't what I wanted and I should get what I pay for 'cause I'm the customer. ...And so should YOU! There's plenty of good dealerships out there to take care of customers like you and me who don't have to take crap from this "business" and it's overbearing employees.

Their prices were lower than any dealer within 100 miles. Both vehicles were exactly as represented on the internet. I will always go to Pappadakis first.

EVERY TIME I GO I HAVE MY OIL CHANGED AND TIRES ROTATED .. NOW MY CAR EXPERIENCED A ISSUE IN WHICH I SAID WHILE ITS THERE LET ME JUST GET MY TIRES ROTATED AND OIL CHANGED . I ADVISED THE REP THAT I ALWAY GET A COUPON DISCOUNT AND HE ADVISED ME I ALWAYS DECLINE TIRE ROTATION!!!! WHAT SO WHAT HAVE I BEEN PAYING FOR AND MY RECIEPTS SHOW A TIRE ROTATION!!! lIAR'S AND THIEVES!!!

Not only did our sales person (Jessica ) lie to us about what your "warranty" covers, but about what the shop was willing to fix before we bought it. The truck we were interested in had a few minor issues when we took the test drive, and we were told "sure thing they'll fix this". Then when filing the paper work the milage was wrong (10000 miles off) we were told they would fix it, and again they didn't. When we bought it with those assurances, and set up an appointment to fix the minor problems. After leaving and getting the truck out of Starke and up to speed it shook so bad it was almost uncontrollable. My husband showed up for the appointment and basically had to fight to get the other problems fixed. They "fixed" them alright, when we got it home there were MORE problems than when we sent it and the original problems we're still there. The airbag light is on, we were told the first time it was a pin connector under the passenger seat and they fixed it, by the time we got home is was on again. The "brand new rims and tires" we're replaced to get rid of the shaking with old rims that have pitting and corrosion, and they busted the plastic wheel well insert and told us their detailer confirmed it was like that when we bought it because he specifically remembered it (it was never detailed, just run through the car wash) and their mechanic couldn't remember if it was broke. The ignition has trouble turning over, and the general manager Joe saw this in person when he went in a test drive with my husband. Almost a month later and we have had the truck a total of five days, my husband picked his truck up for the fourth time, and the general manager has informed him if the problems arise again they will not fix them. This place is a joke and I sincerely wish someone would have given me the warning to read the reviews on this place

Spent over $40000 on my vehicle. This vehicle did not have a spare key or an owners manual. I was promised that I would receive a key and an owners manual in a week or two. I did receive the key after 3 weeks but it took many phone calls. As for the manual it has been 2 months and I still do not have it. Many calls to Juan and lots of excuses but still no owners manual. During the sale these guys were smiling and shaking my hand after the sale they have become invisible.. I will NEVER purchase another car from these guys. If they can't supply a simple thing like an owners manual how would they handle a big problem.....terrible service after the sale

My van left me on the side of the road for 4 hours in 100 degrees temperature. Would not start. 966 miles on it Now the engine light is on when you turn it off and take the key out the engine keeps running. I don't trust the van. I want a new one or my money back. I don't know who I should talk to but it will be high up because I'm 70 years old and got a new car so I would be safe and almost had a heat stroke and my friend who is also 70 years old did have a heat stroke. So someone should pay for this

2013 Fuel filter change - chartreux2u
Went in for my fuel filter to be changed and truck never ran right after it, we travel full time so when we arrived in Pocatello, ID my fuel filter gauge was showing only 5% remaining we only used 500 Gallons of fuel since the change and only 7246 miles.
So I went to Lithia Dodge and that's when I found out that my truck had 2 different fuel filters on it and Hutson Motor co only changed one of them but charged me for a full hour of labor.
The truck has been running fine now that both filters have been changed like it was suppose to be.
Called Chrysler customer service and they talked to the service techs which lied and told customer service that I refused to have the second fuel filter changed after they told me there was 2 filters.
I was never told about the second filter until Pocatello, ID, I sent my copies of the work done to customer service which showed no mention of a 2nd fuel filter.
I would not recommend going to the dealer for anything they proved they are dishonest with there lies to cover up their lack of required work by manufactures guide lines of service.
