Poor Service department - Janelle Sheriece
The service department has gone down! You can literally feel the vibe once you pull up. I did not purchase my vehicle from here, but I have been a loyal customer for maintenance for the last 3 years. My car will be paid off this year and I do not feel as if I will continue getting my services done here. The staff does not care about your vehicle, the employees are rude and unprofessional, and wait times are ridiculous! I have felt this way for a while now, but today pissed me off to no return. Service manager Neil and advisor Tom are the worst men for the jobs. I brought my car in for AC work which is mandatory living in Florida. They did not answer my calls, return my calls, once we finally talked they repeatedly cut me off short mid conversation,just flat out did not give af! I just decided to take my business elsewhere. I work to hard for my money to be treated this way. Oh yeah the conversation ended with them refusing to fix my AC blower! Duval Honda use to be such a great place, but it's like all the knowledgeable employees have left and they just hire anyone with two eyes and two legs. Oh yeah did I mention I knew it was the blower motor from a previous diagnostic report and I brought TWO copies, (two different days) yes TWO and mysteriously they both vanished into thin air.
