Very Helpful and Timely repairs - MissMegan
I took my vehicle here for an inspection. The service center staff was very helpful and my service was accomplished in a timely manner. I even had an opportunity to speak with sales staff who also were very helpful! Overall a very pleasant and trustworthy place.

Dealership will not call to update you on the status of your vehicle or parts ordered. Gentleman in charge of writing up service customers has zero social skills.

$197.00 + tax and a two hour wait to reprogram my key fob!! - GMguy
Lucky for Dale Earnhardt Jr that GM makes great trucks. Since 2012 I've owned a 1500 LTZ, a 2500 LTZ and a 3500 LTZ, all of which were/are wonderful -- I wouldn't change a single thing.
Until recently GM remotes (like most of their competitors) could be reprogramed by the owner with a few simple steps. Now reprograming requires "specialized equipment" presumably available only at a dealership. I laughed at the incredible reprograming price but was prepared to pay it until the two hour wait was added to the mix. The stated reason for the long wait (they didn't seem very busy) was that it was 12:15 and that's when most of the mechanics go to lunch. Do most DEJ customers have unlimited lunch hours?
I don't know what DEJ's labor rate is but it's hard to believe that this is more than a 15 minute job. $197.00 for fifteen minutes -- seriously?? I just called Capital City Locksmith and they will reprogram the fob for $45.00 while I wait.
I invision a meeting of DEJ's executives debating why folks only come to their Service Department when there is no other option. Heads up folks, the reason is that you gouge your customers when you are their only option. Why would we come back when there is an alternative?
I know that this will never be posted on the DEJ web site but at least I tried.
Most unprofessional & unreliable staff - Grab
Had vehicle for service, which was suppose to covered under extended warranty,(confirm by Jacob), no work done or replied back for 5 days and comes to find out, he misunderstood warranty coverage and didn't do work or call back to let me know about no service done. So in total my chevy sat there 2 weeks with no work done. Would rate negative 3 if there was option. Stay away from this dealership, they like to take advantage of being only chevy dealership around.
I was charged $70 for aftermarket belt that cost $12... - shsalib
I was charged $70 for aftermarket belt that cost $12 outside, 400% markup + $90 to install the belt.
The tech left his greasy finger prints on my headliner.
I wrote to the dealer and they said they will look into it and that they will detail my car and get rid of the grease on my head liner but they never did, I sent two emails to Joedy Tidwell the service director asking when can I take my car in and got no answer.
