I have a hybrid truck, few dealers will work on it. We were out of town and had to go to another dealer and were not satisfied with what I was told. Drove home and to Gilland Chevrolet where I received excellent service (again), straight answers and excellent repairs in a timely manner at a reasonable price. It is so GOOD to deal with a dealer that truly has the customer first, they don't just say it, They Show It.....

I dont usually do these ratings on anything but I feel like people need to know things before you spend this kind of money! Honestly, I cant speak for the sales department because I did not buy my Yukon Denali there. But I WILL speak for the service department. One word...CROOKED! They did EVERYTHING to try to get out of the warranty work on my car. We finally got fed up with it and had the car towed to another GM dealership and they wouldn't release my vehicle until we paid $135. They did NOTHING to fix it..they only tried to prove we were liable so the warranty would be null. I will NEVER do business with these people again. If I could give a rating lower I would!

I was looking for cars online when I noticed Preston Hoods' poor reviews. I have bought 3 new and 2 used cars from Preston Hood over the years and only have good things to say. All the vehicles were top notch with no major issues. Sure every car and dealer have problems sometimes. More likely than not, some of these reviews were written by unreasonable customers. I support Preston Hood totally until I have a bad experience.

Had vehicle for service, which was suppose to covered under extended warranty,(confirm by Jacob), no work done or replied back for 5 days and comes to find out, he misunderstood warranty coverage and didn't do work or call back to let me know about no service done. So in total my chevy sat there 2 weeks with no work done. Would rate negative 3 if there was option. Stay away from this dealership, they like to take advantage of being only chevy dealership around.

Totally enjoyable experience. Bought my 2002 Corvette there, and take it there for service. Everyone I dealt with in sales, service, and even the general manager did everything they could to make my experience there a really good one.
