I have to admit I went to Hill Kelly dodge in Pensacola first.They told me I was wasting their time. I left upset and went home. While messing around on facebook I saw an add for this dealership. I decided the following day to give them a call. The woman Emily made me an appointment and treated me like I mattered I even recieved a message from JD Chappell welcoming me and to show me a familiar face when I got there! I pull up and immediately the atomosphere was different. They were happy they love cars and love what they do! JD welcomed me in person and said Brian would take good care of me. I believed it and went along. Not only did Brian listen to what I wanted he made sure I knew about the trucks specs and what was under the hood and about its amazing safety rating! He made sure I was comfortable and treated me with nothing but respect and honesty. Finally the big finance guy Mike was a sweetheart and went over everything with me in detail. They consistently get grease inside the vehicle EVERYTIME we take it to them for service. It took them 5 visits to try and fix the airbag warning light problem, which still may or may not be fixed. They did a repair on a headlight that was terrible and then denied trying to glue it after they broke the internal wire harness and wanted me to pay for a new $1100 headlight.

I've been a Toyota Tacoma & 4Runner customer my entire adult life. However, I've always loved Wranglers & I decided to get one. My husband & I visited this Jeep dealer & another in a closeby city. Both experiences were great, the staff were very professional & friendly. Due to price, better Wrangler choices, & the entire staff, we decided to go with the dealer here in Milton. Even though our salesman, Desmond, didn't know the answer to all our Jeep questions, Desmond went above and beyond to get the answer right away! Even on his day off he was making things happen for us! Highly recommend Desmond, fantastic guy! Tony, the GM, was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the Jeep we purchased. He was very professional & reasonable, made us feel like family! To wrap up the whole deal we ended in the finance department with Scott! Scott was phenomenal! In the many vehicles I've purchased at Toyota, the finance department at this dealer is hands down the BEST experience we've ever had. And I have to point out that they are VERY tree friendly-all our paperwork was loaded onto a thumbdrive! HUGE respect for that decision! Thank you for great customer service when buying my Jeep!

Just wanted to let you know last weekend we took our mazda in for warranty issues , we looked at the new Mazdas and wanted to upgrade , however the guy that helped us was not willing to really help us in any way , so we went across the street ,That is where we meet Thed ,Thed helped us so much that I was fiixing to buy a car I didnt even want because he worked so hard and was really a nice guy . We then gave it about 5 days to think and research and we decided we wanted the new Mazda CX9 but only wanted Thed to help us even though he worked across the street well he had it ready for us making lots of runs back and forth from car lots . Im telling you now being a business owner ourselves thed is a big asset to your company and deserves lots of praise . In 4 years we will be shopping for 2 new cars for our kids and we are going wher ever Thed is . And I also want to say the only reason we stayed with Mazda is because the service dept lady is amazing and on point with every visit we had wlwith our 2012 cx9 .
