It was a oil change tire rotation done in an hour. However, my light was on for needing windshield wiper fluid. I asked when I left while the guy was still in my car and Kendell asked him if he had done it. He said yes turned it on for a second and a little squirted out. Later in the day I tried it and there was only a humming sound no fluid. It sure didn't even give a little squirt. Now I have to leave on a trip to VA and I either have to take extra time from getting ready to take it back or go without my 2017 Ford Escape having the ability to clean my windshield while driving. Not a good choice.

Let me say that I was a returning customer and that my first experience buying my 2013 Ram was a total joy, except for the finance manager that always seems to leave a penny owed on the agreement. This is part of their magic. Recently on July 31st I bought a 2019 PowerWagon. MSRP was $64K. The internet price was $58K and a saleswoman named Cricket said she would knock off an additional $1K when I came in. My wife and I went there but we somehow did not get Cricket, we got a new salesperson and a very nasty crafty wingman named Moose Safi. We came armed with knowledge, we visited multiple dealerships and brought $49K cash and a very pristine 2013 Ram with 22 K miles and all the maintenance records. No one seemed to know of my agreement with Cricket about the $1k reduction so we started negotiating at $58K. I was told they would give $16K for my trade in, it was worth $23K but I agreed on this price. So, to make a long story short, you would think $58K minus $16K equals $42K. Nope, not in this case. Through the magic of trickery, $55 electronic filing fee,$79 dealer BS fee for cleaning the car and inspecting, $744 predelivery BS services charge I paid taxes on $45339.90, which means as stated on the paper, they only gave me $14,344.60 for my trade. So, in total, I paid cash of $49K and gave them my trade in valued by them at $16K. Taxes were county $50 and state $2720.19. The magic of trickery, I gave them $65K total. They got me. Where were my discounts, military and otherwise? And for the love of God, as Richard (salesman)told me, the front facing camera is nice....really? I keep looking for it and on my level 2 Power Wagon, it just is not there. listen folks, they are going to write something clever as a response. I am telling you the facts, and facts do not lie. Oh and that finance manager, yes once again a penny was owed to them, why is that? So the buyer will focus on that and not on the real scam. Just do your homework and go in with your numbers. Do not let them add on extra fees such as gas and such. there is only one fee On the Moroni sticker and that is destination. Everything else is snake oil.

Wanted to thank the Langdale Ford Service Team & Derrick Jones for getting us back on the road on an interrupted start of our vacation. Our F-150 broke down on our way from Florida to Michigan.
They squeezed us in, diagnosed the couple problems we had with our truck and had us rolling again the next morning....It was even covered under a combination of our drive train and extended warranties. They could not have be more professional or courteous. Hopefully we never have another emergency service requirement, but it is great to know that there is such a great service department there on our future travel to or through Valdosta.

Do not go to peacock ford to purchase a car. They are the reason car salesman have bad reputations. They ran my credit 6 times which resulted in me having issues purchasing a car. I called them and they ignored me. I got in touch with a manger and he said that it’s standard practice to get the best rate. No it’s not. Lots of choices out there so please do not visit peacock ford.

Overall great service and friendly atmosphere... Rick and Scott went above and beyond to get me behind the wheel of the car I wanted. Rick was able to crunch some numbers as over the phone I told him what kind of deal I was looking for and he told me he could make it happen... well to my surprise upon arrival he made it happen. He got me into the vehicle I wanted with a lower car payment than my previous vehicle. Scott helped me get all the numbers figured out and explained everything to where I clearly understood... he also went above and beyond in finding out the information I requested and answering any questions I had. Scott was very friendly and did not make me feel pressured as to me it seemed that his goal was to get me into the ride I wanted pressure free. Thanks Rick & Scott for getting me behind the wheel of the car I wanted. Now it’s time for me to make some noise and burn some rubber!!!

This dealership is the worst I have ever seen in regards to service. I made an appointment for a Saturday service through the Ford Pass app. Appointment was set and I received email confirmation. Arrived 10 min before appointment time. I was told by the Quick service person that there was 15 people ahead of me and would be 2 hours before they could get me in. I asked what was the point of making an appointment if I was going to have to wait like everyone else. He said they don’t make appointments for Saturday’s. So he calls over to the main service area. At this point I learned there was two service areas. He sends me to the other area and said they will take care of me. After waiting another 10 minutes for that service manager ask me what was my issue. I explained about my appointment and what the other person said. He then calls the other service person walks outside so I can’t hear his conversation the returns back to tell me he can’t help me. I go out to my vehicle he then brings another manager over to my car so I can explain the story again to him. As I am explaining the situation one manager interrupts me and the new manager didn’t even pay attention to me while I am explaining what happened. The worst experience ever! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING! You will regret it.
