We bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 on August 4, 2018 from Beck Chrysler. In October of 2018, the thermostat had to be replaced. In November of 2018, the starter needed to be replaced. When the new starter was installed at a different Chrysler dealership, it was discovered that the 2016 200 that I purchased at Beck have a long list of service related problems and was basically a piece of crap on wheels. Next, the engine went! Don't get me wrong, Alex Noles was incredible! The car should never have been sold because it was piece of junk coming off the lot. I attempted to talk with Breck Sloan and Wayne McClain on several occasions however they were always out of the office. I finally got the chance to speak with Craig Alexander who for the most part told me that they inspect all their vehicles and would never intentionally sell a car without inspections! That doesn't help me nor does it admit that Beck Chrysler Dodge of Palatka, Florida sold me and my daughter a piece of junk but because it was us, they don't care. The car was a piece of junk and I believe they knew it. I will never ever, ever buy a vehicle from Beck again and I'm gonna make sure that the people I know, my family and friends and anyone else who'll listen, knows NOT to buy from Beck in Palatka.

It was a good problem, and I explained we sold our old car early and asked if they had a courtesy or loaner car while our was being serviced. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Prius on 9/27/19, and the engine blew on 11/1/19. I contacted them on multiple occasions, but then, they stopped responding. They are the greatest at telling you how wonderful their car is, but they refuse to stand behind their sale. I will take this as far as it can go. I lost over $6000, and I will not let it happen to anyone else. I will do whatever I can to deter every customer I can.

Came looking to get into a used truck but now I drive a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. I do believe that people should take their time to share their good experiences as well as their negative experiences most people want to share their experience when they feel an injustice has been done to them. I read the reviews of the dealership. And I'm happy to say that none of those experiences applied to my experience there over all I had a really good experience there thank you to Terry and all of his colleagues for getting me into an awesome truck

Opinion-Borderline fraud in finance office - Honest Reviewer
Negotiated what was a fair deal for the vehicle with the sales team. Was very clear that We absolutely didn't want any of the add on garbage products in the finance office. You know the ones Extended Warranties, overpriced GAP that you can get pennies on the dollar else where if you need it, tire and wheel yada yada yada.... When We refused the finance guy got visibly and demonstrably angry pounding on his key board like a two year old etc....
Even after we were 100 % clear about not wanting any of there "add on" products, there was magically:
1. a BS Dupont paint protection ( you know the one where they apply a few ounces of glorified wax, and scotch guard you can buy at wal-mart for two dollars) then added several hundred dollars to the price of your vehicle protection package added on. I looked at the "install date and it was the date of purchase AFTER we had already told them we absolutely did not want any of their "upsell products". Of course the excuse for this is "it's already applied" it's mandatory now.
2. When the finance guy was touting how wonderful their GPS "theft protection" was, I specifically asked if it was an add on would it cost more. his words were "it won't cost you one extra penny" Of course by that time he already had the sales kid go install it and it was... you guessed it installed and now "mandatory" When I saw the extra cost on the contract.
All in all they ripped us off about 1,500 bucks. We completed the purchase partly because we were simply tired of being there (this is what they thrive/ depend on). What is absolutely infuriating is that they pull the same crap to a much higher degree with old retired folks who may not even know any better. I knew they in my opinion borderline fraudulently screwed us out of 1,500 bucks other likely never even know.
We told them we wanted none of the extras very clearly they added on any way then called it mandatory. We should have walked out right then. Please don't make our mistake, save your self the trouble by finding a reputable dealer. I will be extremely happy when I get their corporate survey in the mail. I hope their shady ways was worth us doing our part to make sure they don't bonus off our sale!!

Conner Marshall is a internet sales person. I asked him for a price, a sales quote, specific pictures of anything that was not perfect on a $40000 suv. I have received nothing. He has texted and asked the same questions over and over. Do you have a trade, do you want to finance, where do you live? I asked multiple times for specific things and he has provided nothing..,,horrible experience for a cash buyer from 7 hours away but at least he has time to make a stupid video on the web site about himself. What a joke!

I’d rather not rate this dealer, at least from today’s electronic communications standpoint. When anyone gets back to you from a text on their website, it’s the same old rhetoric. Dance around the questions, and with all of my texts and emails, only one person gave me an answer on basic questions regarding a new vehicle sale. My experience is this dealership employees do NOT read the texts and or emails. I feel from the last few days trying to communicate with Plaza employees, I’m not important or they don’t need another vehicle, IN MY OPINION, I’m sorry to say.

Was sold my vehichle under false pretenses. Was told it had options that is does not have and window sticker said it had them under the basic options section. Also bought with 10 Mike's and only drove 4 days and now dealer has had for over a week with mechanical problems. They have had the engineer there a few times replaced parts, and now have tore down motor per engineer request. First payment is coming up and dealer has had car longer then I have had it. Do not recommend the dealership. The radio optio s the sticker says vehichle has does not. When looked at car they had and now they dont. Have pictures from where dash bezel was removed and not snapped back in properly and sticking out.

My daughter is a student at UF, this is the closest dealership...the rain is getting into compartment some how and soaking area by driver’s feet. Wrangler is in parking garage, windows top and doors all securely in place. There is mold now growing and this dealership won’t see car for a week and a half. It will be a total loss by then! From the receptionist to the different men I spoke with, they were so unhelpful.

My van left me on the side of the road for 4 hours in 100 degrees temperature. Would not start. 966 miles on it Now the engine light is on when you turn it off and take the key out the engine keeps running. I don't trust the van. I want a new one or my money back. I don't know who I should talk to but it will be high up because I'm 70 years old and got a new car so I would be safe and almost had a heat stroke and my friend who is also 70 years old did have a heat stroke. So someone should pay for this
