My service appointment was changed the day before I was supposed come in for service. No one called to tell me anything. I did get one reminder text message saying my appointment was a different date, but after the four previous reminder messages I received I didn’t think to check the date. I thought I was getting another friendly reminder. This was very impersonal and unprofessional. I scheduled my service a week in advance and switch my work schedule to make my appointment and no one had enough respect for my time and money I spend to make a phone call to notify me of the changed appointment. No one even took the time to send a text saying “appointment change” only “reminder”. I chose Fields Cadillac because of word of mouth, it is just unfortunate that I don’t get service my friend gets because I don’t look or talk like him. When I explained the issue to my service advisor I didn’t even get an apology. I still have to go back for service today, but I am a let down customer and plan to take my business elsewhere in the future because of this incident.

Service department was supposed to give me a free inspection, but then charged me $115.
The next day both of my front tires blew out almost killing me and my family.
Are tires not part of a standard inspection anymore?? Also, no coolant or transmission fluid in the vehicle. I got charged a waste disposal fee. Did they forget to fill it up or never checked it at all??

Davis Chevrolet’s service department are scammers. Please read my situation carefully.
I’ve had countless issues with my car that I’ve gotten repaired at Davis Chevrolet, but the only one that is relevant is the water leak in the trunk.
Over 6 months ago I had a water leak in my trunk that I took the car into the service department for. They “repaired” the leak and told me to go on my way. Days go by and the leak isn’t fixed. Every time it rains there’s 2-3 inches on water in the trunk under the rear fuse box.
I called Davis Chevrolet repeatedly about this to tell them the issue wasn’t resolved, and they said they’d call me back to schedule an appointment, but never did.
At this point my bumper to bumper warranty expired.
Cut forward to a few days ago and my car broke down and wouldn’t unlock what to speak of start. It was obvious the fuse box blew and therefore the car wouldn’t start.
I got the car towed into the dealership and they did their diagnostic. They decided to cover and replace the fuse box under the warranty, but added that I had a battery with low cold cranking amps, and had a loose ground wire. I declined all repairs except the warranty issue.
Here’s a note- my car is two years old and has never had issues starting. I brought the car in to get the warranty issue repaired which stopped the car from starting.
The fuse box issue has been repaired for free and now they’re saying I have to pay a diagnostic fee because they diagnosed the other two issues.
I see this as a scam. Davis Chevrolet Chevrolet screwed up the previous repair and is trying to make me cover the costs of their mistakes.
The truth is I’m in a situation where I have no choice but to pay for them to repair a mistake they made, that was covered under the warranty. It’s a weird loophole they found to cover it under warranty and still charge me for the diagnostics.
Needless to say I’m not coming back here ever again and recommend everyone to stay away from Davis Chevrolet. I’ve been here over 10 times in the past for warranty repairs on this car and apparently this loyalty means nothing to them.

AWESOME SVC. TEAM BY FAR. A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHAT A CADILLAC OWNER CAN EXPECT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. MY CAR WAS SICK, NEEDED A MAJOR REPAIR (THAT INCLUDED COMPLETE ENGINE REMOVAL). I TOOK IT HERE & THE SVC. MANG. WAS ABLE TO GET THE $5K+ REPAIR COVERED (EVEN THO A DIFFERENT SVC. SHOP JUST DID A MAJOR MOTOR REMOVAL REPAIR 8 DAYS PRIOR UNDER THE SAME EXTENDED WARRANTY POLICY & SCREWED IT UP). WOW, THESE GUYS ARE LIFE SAVERS FOR SURE. HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THEM, THE CAR WAS BEING SOLD OR TRADED IN. I THANK GOD FOR THEIR SVC. DEPT. & RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE IN NEED OF REPAIRS FROM A LIGHT BULB TO A MOTOR REMOVAL. TY AGAIN J.
Awful experience & terrible service from Buddy himself - UnhappyCustomer
My car is worse off leaving than when it arrived, bubbles in the paint, damage still not repaired. After 33 days I went to get my car for the 5th time and Buddy Foster himself was there he came out of the back office and screamed at me "You better just take your car today and leave we are done fixing it, nothing is wrong with it" I asked him to go out and look at the car with me when we approached I saw a 6-8 inch rubber mark on the front bumper that had just been replaced and painted by them. Needless to say after terrible service and having to bring the car back 5 times and another time not even leaving with the car I will never return to Buddy Foster because they do a crappy job and because Buddy himself thinks he can yell and scream at a customer. I had Jim tell me one of the times that I came up there to get it "Well you are just pickier than most customers" Which means that Buddy Foster thinks it is okay to not repair things, leave bubbles in the paint and clear coat because most customers aren't as picky as me. Buddy himself should be ashamed of his behavior and how he spoke to me it was totally unacceptable and there were several witnesses to see the show he put on. The repairs needed for my car should have taken at most a week however at 33 days it still needs work done and we be going to another shop to have the damaged caused by Buddy Foster repaired the proper way. I would no recommend that anyone bring their vehicles to BF for any repairs not only because the work is terrible but because of the owner don't give that rude guy your business.

Horrible, Very Short with the you when asking questions. If you are lucky enough to pay your car off they will HOLD your TITLE and give you the RUN AROUND! They are a JOKE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VAL U CAR/ INDI CAR. THEY LIKE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN NEED! I Would give NO STARS if possible!

I spent close to $10,000 to have a Mercedes Diesel engine rebuilt and then when it failed fixed again and I still have an engine that leaks oil and does not run as expected. Talking to Noel is an experience and even if you have it written in stone from GOD if he thinks differently then you are wrong and all his friends he has known since he was a kid will back him up...
I now have a $10,000 pile of crap and he will not honor his warranty.
You decide if you would trust your engine and money with someone like this
