We had our traverse servesed at the Sanford location. My husband and I were very happy with our adviser Dominic who helped with the itens that were under warranty and the items that were not he went the extra mile to confirm that the perge valve that was makeing the gas light come on was covered under warranty I was having a problem locating my letter from the dealership but he found the information that we needed I definitely recommend Dominic from this location.

As far as service, I don't have any major issues. Chevy department for the most part has held up the end of there bargain on agreed service. I actually was told on another truck I brought in for service it needed a part, which I paid for; however, it turned out to be the wrong one. They fixed with the correct part and made no additional payment to me. The tire alignment I recently got did not work, even though I was shown a print out of it being "within parameters". Still pulls to the right after cross rotation. Plan on returning when I have time, but time is of the essence and it's hard to take several hours off to get these things done, especially twice. Oil changes and minor issues are well within expectation. Overall rating is Good, slightly leaning to better that good. I appreciate there efforts and realize you can't always be perfect, and things happen. Nissan across the way is slow and overvalued.

I bought a used truck blower doesn't come on air or heating called about said get back to me 3 times. I thought I would get better results on this. Went to get a Silverado said problems with sold me a 1500 Dodge ram a high price then I had in mind.

I have purchased several vehicles from Crystal over the years and have had nothing but a first-rate experience every time. Jerry Sides is not only a top notch human being but a magnificent sales associate and should be used as a customer service template. The Service Dept is absolutely unparalleled and goes above and beyond to satisfy all the customers needs. Blain West, Arnold Martin and Darcy Tidwell are incomparable and as far as I'm concerned are the tip of the sword when it comes to customer service. I live in Lansing, Michigan, and drove my 2002 Oldsmobile Premiere Silhouette with over 204,000 miles to Florida in the Spring of 2016. It had a trailering package on it and I was bringing my personal things back to Lansing from my home that was up for sale at Continental Country Club.
The AC stopped working upon arrival in Florida. Estimated costs for repair exceeded the value of the car.
John in the Service Department helped find a salesman to work with me. I actually had two salesmen involved due to a medical situation with the first sales rep. Anthony took over.
After a couple of test drives, I ended up with a 2015 Buick Enclave that had 18,000 miles on it. I had never purchased a used car previously, but this car has been a WONDERFUL vehicle.
This year (2018), my "oil change soon" message appeared on my way to Florida. I made an appointment with John and he -- along with the technician -- took care of needed services: Oil/filter change, new wiper blades and new cabin filter.
I have found a great dealership here in Lansing, but feel very confident in your dealership should I need service again while in Wildwood.
I hope you realize what it means to be able to trust the advice from a dealership service department. I have not always been so fortunate.

On a recent vacation from NC to FL, our AC quit cooling. We stopped by Jack Wilson Chevrolet at 4pm on Friday afternoon. Personnel there were very professional and courteous even at this late hour before the weekend. I would not have been surprised if told car couldn't be looked at that late in the day. However the service technician took the car back in the shop, discovered a freon leak, evacuated the system and re-charged the freon and had us back on on our way in an hour. Were only in St. Augustine for the night so I couldn't leave the vehicle for the repair but would have if staying in town longer. I would definitely recommend this dealership... I will even consider driving back here to purchase my next vehicle. (600 miles)

My experience with Auto Nation West Colonial in the beginning was challenging and unpleasant! The Service Adviser (Mo Grossy), assigned to me was unprofessional and unpleasant to work with, which caused for the Service Manager, David Vega, to intervene and take over my case. Mr. Vega was professional, honest and clear with me regarding every aspect of my repairs. He responded immediately to my inquiries and made exceptional efforts with assisting me. I am grateful for all of the help and work David Vega did with overseeing my vehicle's repairs. He went above and beyond the call of duty, which made my experience tolerable.

We may have just had unfortunate timing, but we had an awful experience with this dealership.
Wife's car died on the way to work. I leave work and it was obviously the transmission and we are only a few months out of warranty. We get it towed to Jim Browne Chevrolet in Dade City. The guy was very nice, professional, and welcoming on the phone. We arrive with the vehicle and wait to be seen. Was not greeted by their A-team in customer relations. The guy was short, blunt, to the point, which was fine with me even if he was borderline annoyed. I prefer transparency when it comes to business dealings. He tells us their transmission tech will be in tomorrow to take it apart and tell us the problem. 4400 estimate for transmission.
We get a call the next afternoon, their tech agrees with the assessment. Wife waits to talk to me before we give the go ahead. I give her a list of questions to ask before giving the go ahead.
Call the next day and now it's 2400 for takedown costs and then the price of the part to fix it, or 4700 for a new one. The price had gone up 300 dollars for the same service. I also did not like the takedown estimate because a new transmission only costs 2200. But the real kicker is that the tech never even took apart the transmission despite what we were told! I get that they did not want to charge us for the takedown until we said so but we were explicitly told that the tech would take it apart and find the problem the next day. Don't say something if you're not going to do that. And the other kicker is that their service manager can extend the warranty to keep business and it was a vehicle only a few months out of warranty.
Because of this, I call Dade City Transmission down the road, and get an estimate for 2700 new and installed with a 3 year unlimited mile warranty. I tell them to send a tow truck.
So, we called Jim Browne back and paid the bill. The man knew when we went to pay the bill we were getting it towed "down the road". When the tow truck got there a half an hour later we received the run-a-round and they would not release the vehicle to him. Very disappointed in the professionalism of Jim Browne's service of everything after the phone call.

My 2018 Vette has a warble noise in the rear. They changed one axle and said that fixed it. It didn’t. Then took me a ride in another one and said it’s a normal noise. It isn’t. They refused to do any further work on it saying they spent enough time on it. Won’t even call GM or their rep. Poor

Davis Chevrolet’s service department are scammers. Please read my situation carefully.
I’ve had countless issues with my car that I’ve gotten repaired at Davis Chevrolet, but the only one that is relevant is the water leak in the trunk.
Over 6 months ago I had a water leak in my trunk that I took the car into the service department for. They “repaired” the leak and told me to go on my way. Days go by and the leak isn’t fixed. Every time it rains there’s 2-3 inches on water in the trunk under the rear fuse box.
I called Davis Chevrolet repeatedly about this to tell them the issue wasn’t resolved, and they said they’d call me back to schedule an appointment, but never did.
At this point my bumper to bumper warranty expired.
Cut forward to a few days ago and my car broke down and wouldn’t unlock what to speak of start. It was obvious the fuse box blew and therefore the car wouldn’t start.
I got the car towed into the dealership and they did their diagnostic. They decided to cover and replace the fuse box under the warranty, but added that I had a battery with low cold cranking amps, and had a loose ground wire. I declined all repairs except the warranty issue.
Here’s a note- my car is two years old and has never had issues starting. I brought the car in to get the warranty issue repaired which stopped the car from starting.
The fuse box issue has been repaired for free and now they’re saying I have to pay a diagnostic fee because they diagnosed the other two issues.
I see this as a scam. Davis Chevrolet Chevrolet screwed up the previous repair and is trying to make me cover the costs of their mistakes.
The truth is I’m in a situation where I have no choice but to pay for them to repair a mistake they made, that was covered under the warranty. It’s a weird loophole they found to cover it under warranty and still charge me for the diagnostics.
Needless to say I’m not coming back here ever again and recommend everyone to stay away from Davis Chevrolet. I’ve been here over 10 times in the past for warranty repairs on this car and apparently this loyalty means nothing to them.

On 10April17 I took my wife's vehicle in to GeorgeMoore Chevrolet, Jacksonville, Fl. I went in as my wife had to go out of town in 2 days and we noticed something on the engine connected to a broken fitting. After arriving at the service department I was met by Susan and a tech who as fast as I have ever seen , as a walk in, diagnosed the issue, explained the problem and walked me to the parts counter where the parts associated ordered the correct part within a few minutes, to be delivered the next day. I was given a install appointment for the following day, so I left my car. True to their word my car was fixed today by 1pm and the trip for tomorrow is going to happen, on schedule thanks to Susan and the professionals at George Moore Chebrolet....need I say Moore?

Second time my car has been dropped off and not throuroughly checked. A couple months ago I had the battery go and took it in. They replaced the battery, but obviously didn't even notice that in the dash it said oil change required. Even in the sticker they put in was overdue. Last week the cooling fan was srepkaced after some overheating issues and same thing once again. Why not recommend a service if you see it needs it. The only reason I have to go back is because that's where I have to take my work car to get serviced. My personal car would never go there. Get on the ball service department and do a proper inspection of the vehicle with proper recommendations.
Routine Maintenance - BAD Dealership
Dealer serviced this vehicle for over a year. I kept having problem with tire wear. Turns out the tire pressure was wrong (uneven) in all tires, they did not inflate when balancing and rotating.

My car is worse off leaving than when it arrived, bubbles in the paint, damage still not repaired. After 33 days I went to get my car for the 5th time and Buddy Foster himself was there he came out of the back office and screamed at me "You better just take your car today and leave we are done fixing it, nothing is wrong with it" I asked him to go out and look at the car with me when we approached I saw a 6-8 inch rubber mark on the front bumper that had just been replaced and painted by them. Needless to say after terrible service and having to bring the car back 5 times and another time not even leaving with the car I will never return to Buddy Foster because they do a crappy job and because Buddy himself thinks he can yell and scream at a customer. I had Jim tell me one of the times that I came up there to get it "Well you are just pickier than most customers" Which means that Buddy Foster thinks it is okay to not repair things, leave bubbles in the paint and clear coat because most customers aren't as picky as me. Buddy himself should be ashamed of his behavior and how he spoke to me it was totally unacceptable and there were several witnesses to see the show he put on. The repairs needed for my car should have taken at most a week however at 33 days it still needs work done and we be going to another shop to have the damaged caused by Buddy Foster repaired the proper way. I would no recommend that anyone bring their vehicles to BF for any repairs not only because the work is terrible but because of the owner don't give that rude guy your business.

Horrible, Very Short with the you when asking questions. If you are lucky enough to pay your car off they will HOLD your TITLE and give you the RUN AROUND! They are a JOKE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VAL U CAR/ INDI CAR. THEY LIKE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN NEED! I Would give NO STARS if possible!
