I recently purchased an F150 from Coggin. I have always dreaded purchasing new vehicles. The constant calls and nagging by sales force. Coggin broke the mold and everyone in the showroom was helpful and very polite. I was introduced to the management staff and was never pressured. My sales professional was Paula Parisi. He was very organized, knowledgeable and helpful. He was very straight forward and was receptive to my requests and after a test drive and working out a few issues on payment and final sales price i was on my way with an AWESOME 2019 F150!!

Just purchased a car from this dealership. The gentleman that helped me was Robert Reid. He was extremely courteous, not pushy at all and made it for both us an enjoyable experience. He took me to test drive the car and came home the next day to sync the garage door opener and the phone to the car. Could not ask for a better service. He even called my insurance agent and helped transfer the paperwork from the old to the new purchased car. It was a seamless effort and strongly encourage future prospects to engage with him.

Dear Matthew McConaughey you will be ashamed to have participated in Lincoln TV commercials (I know, I don't blame you, they paid you a lot dollars to you speak well of them), but here in Central Florida Lincoln Orlando, the owner and the service manager are two shameless. They canceled my new recall appointment now for NHTSA 20V072 scheduled several days in advance and told me personally that they would not perform the service for me. I don't know if it was the racial profile or because I complained to NHTSA and FTC US consumers about the last recall that was not done well. Perhaps both, I was mistreated and humiliated by the sales manager. They have the power to implode themselves.
Until yesterday, November 20, 2020, I just wanted an honest repair of the previous service and this new recall.
As of yesterday, he entered another field. I recorded with my cell phone when he informed me the service cancellation and asked me to leave the store for my own safety.

Driving with a expired tag, that's not cool in this day and time for a African American.
