I have been searching for a certain Camaro SS for months and I came across Carl Black Chevy of Orlando. I am from the Tampa area so its not a short drive to get there but the sales staff and team of employees made it worth the drive. Josh Wofford was my sales rep and he was top notch, very professional and kind. My finance guy , named Josh as well, made signing the contract actually an enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend this group if you are in the market for a new ride.

Let me first start by saying how easy the process was,... - Tate's LLC
Let me first start by saying how easy the process was, not to mention I'm self-employed. I submitted a pre-qualified approval online after I found that vehicle I loved. Within 10 minutes I was connected to Norma my car dealer at Seminole Chevrolet. She walked me through all the steps and options that I had and even went beyond and work with the finance manager Oliver to make sure I got the best deal. Before I even left my house I knew exactly what my payment options are going to be I knew how much I needed down and what my credit score was. When I arrived at Seminole Chevrolet the car was waiting out front for me with the keys in the ignition ready to go for the test drive. When we got back I spent about 15 to 20 minutes signing a few papers going over final details and out the door we went. Then Norma told us stop we can't go just yet. Here it comes I knew it was just too easy lol. She said she needs a picture of me and my family next to our new vehicle and we must go back inside and ring the bell which is a pretty big and intimidated Bell to ring so I run it as hard as I could lol. Thank you very much Norma and a whole team at Seminole Chevrolet you guys definitely have a customer for life.
I called to find out about a specific vehicle and Riley... - kmstack86
I called to find out about a specific vehicle and Riley answered the phone. He was energetic and friendly. He couldn't find the vehicle in the computer and took my information and vowed to call me back with details. I told him that I wanted the white one, but would be fine to test drive anything that was the same, but that I didn't want to waste his time if the white one was not available. Riley did a great job finding the information and calling me back (hence 3 stars instead of 1). He was honest about the vehicle I wanted and told me it was being used as a service loaner, but it was being decommissioned from service and had roughly 5,000 miles on it. He asked if I was still interested, and honestly I wasn't sure. I asked about updated pricing to reflect the mileage and use as well as extended warranty due to it being used as I was interested in buying a brand new car -- not a used one. He mentioned that warranties can be purchased and I stated that I wouldn't want to have to pay for that as I was willing to buy a brand new car if it was available. He lost his patience with me and got snippy. All I could think was, if he is already snippy, negotiations later are not going to be pleasant. The attitude he gave me was enough to make me not want to drive 20 miles to test drive a car. Trying to process his attitude, I was quiet and he again asked if I was still interested. I said, no thanks. You are already getting snippy with me and your attitude has made me lose interest. What he doesn't realize is, I am a cash buyer. I literally could have walked in and bought that car without consequence and truly wanted to. I was caught off guard by the loaner situation, but may have been able to get over it, if he wouldn't have been so snippy. I made an appointment at another dealer that is not as far away and has the vehicle I want at another location with the ability to transfer. Sales is truly a customer service game.
They made me rate the dealership. I have no idea about that in person. However, the fact that they have Premier trim series vehicles as service loaners is certainly a nice touch.

Nice and Easy - DocChem
I just went through the easiest car buying transaction ever! Joshua Longshore contacted me after I reached out to the dealership about a particular car (make, model, color, and options) they had on their lot. He just asked if he could get me any information, and to contact him when I was ready to look. I texted him a couple of days later to set up a time to meet. The dealership was 45 miles from our home, and I was afraid that they would think they had us when we got there. He had the car ready for us when we got there. We took it for a test drive, he got a quick appraisal on our trade-in, and within minutes, had a written deal. It was within $400 of our "wish for price." When we told him, he said let me see if we can find a way to make this work. The sales manager came in and wrote on the deal, Out the Door and then our price. When we went to pay, the finance person, told us about possible warranty options, which we declined. It was not followed by a sales pitch; he just went on to the next piece of paper to sign. Within ten minutes we were done with the license transferred and keys in hand. We got a great deal and had a pleasant experience. I don't know if the Covid-19 slow sales helped us get a good deal, but we never felt any pressure to buy. From the sales team to the finance team, everyone was awesome.

I recently bought a 2020 Chevy bolt. When I asked the salesman if it had DCFS charge he said yes they all come with it. After signing the paperwork we realized it did not have DCFS charge as I was told. The manager came up with the excuse that every bolt they order comes with it and that they didn’t order this one. Then it took 28 days for them to pay off my trade and so I was penalized for the interest because of their mistake. I called and talk to managers and finance managers now all I’m getting is the runaround and no one will return my call I was told that that’s not their responsibility. This is the second vehicle I have bought from AutoNation will never return to AutoNation in a void this AutoNation West colonial at all cost. After the sale they don’t appreciate you as a customer.
