2019 grand Cherokee I been having a stop/start problem for about a year which 3 times another dealer was not been able to properly fix, I went to Dadeland Dodge and in about 3 hours they found and fixed the problem. DON’T SHOP HERE (Fishy, extremely unprepared staff and very rude management)
I’m sure we can agree that most car dealerships are fishy - it’s in their nature.
But this one, on top of that, has extremely unprepared salesmen (Carlos Rodriguez) and a horrible management (Angel - or Angelo).
I bought an almost $50.000 Chrysler hybrid minivan yesterday at this dealership.
All seemed to be well until I got home with my new car and realized that two key features, widely advertised about the car, were missing.
When I went back to the Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to inquire about the issue, Carlos (my salesman) was more surprised than I was in learning about the missing features. He then called over another salesman to come have look. The second guy also became very puzzled when he saw that they weren’t there (they were looking around, flipping thru the manual, scratching their heads...)
At this point they brought me to the manager Angel (or Angelo) who the day before was being very nice to me, as I was in the process of shopping for the car. Angel(o) gave me an annoyed smirk and the fist thing he said was “so bottom line what is it that you want?”
“I’d like you to help me, since I just spent almost $50,000 on a car that’s missing key features” I replied very kindly as I always do.
Angel (or Angelo) rolled his eyes and whispered something to the salesman, who at this point went to grab another car for a test drive (I guess they were thinking of swapping my car)
“This one is not hybrid” I said when he drove it around. “Oh!” Was his surprised reaction, before continuing with “well our stock is very low, sorry”
It didn’t take me long to figure out that no one in the Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership had any intention to help me out. I left with my tail in between my legs, with an almost $50,000 car that’s missing two key features and with incredible disappointment and frustration towards the horrible staff of this dealership. What a horrible start into my first Chrysler experience, thanks a lot guys!
(Angelo, what do I want? I want you to train your staff better and to treat your costumers with some respect, after all customers get treated better at McDonalds where they spend 10$ and not 50,000$)

This is my second post so I’ll reiterate that I bought a new car from Chevy in 2018 and I sold it in December 2020. I’ve asked for months now for my unused gap insurance and dealt with several people they sent me the documentations that I had to sign and I did and still have not received my refund check. The funny thing is I also bought a brand new Chrysler Jeep on the Chrysler side the same month in 2018 which I also treated in in December 2020 and I received my check for my gap refund right away after about five weeks their customer service is great however Chevy it’s horrible they’re downright thieves so I’ve decided to take a different route I’ve been in contact with the Better Business Bureau which do you have to do in order to get off there but. This is also unfortunate because my son is also getting ready to buy two vehicles and he loves Chevy But he will not be buying them from Miami Lakes auto mall

For the past four days I have attempted to contact this business just to find out the status of a check they owe me with no success. My experience was positive when I purchased the vehicle, but now it seems this business does not wish to maintain customer relations. As I gave them positive reviews for the purchase experience, now I know that customers are just thrown away. I will not be a repeat customer here.

The Godfather one of the best movies of all time if not the greatest BUT the real Godfather is AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines. This car dealership is the real deal from the start to finish, let me tell you why. I will start by saying that I tried not one but many different dealerships before finding this gem. I was on a budget and finding the car I loved became more challenging, 2020 is not one of my best years but it was my birthday and my previous truck stopped working, therefore I had to start looking for another vehicle. I tried online and called multiple dealerships, most dealers ignored me, running my credit and never finding the time to actually help me, I felt like a number, nobody was interested in me getting something I liked or finding me something I could love but also pay since I was, as previously mentioned, on a budget, but my situation completely changed once I called AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines. All it took was getting the right team of professionals involved, with the help of Johnny Robles, who was my sales rep, (and will always be from now on), Glenn Pericohen, the GSM, and the Finance Manager, Grace Giraldo, my days of disappointment changed. Johnny took the time to find me exactly what I needed and he knew all the answers I asked him from the first call to the in-person appointment. He is a very friendly and professional person, who made me feel comfortable and made the process very smooth, without giving me the headaches, previously experienced at different locations. Glenn made all the worries implanted in me at the previous locations disappear, he was what I will call a true manager, always making me feel comfortable, touching base with me to see how my deal was coming along and if I was satisfied with the process. Grace Giraldo fought for me, giving me an amazing term and rate after multiple calls with different banks. Knowing that there are people in the car business like these that actually want to help me and made it possible for me to get my dream car made me speechless.
This is by far the number one dealership of all time and the only dealer I will ever recommend anyone to buy from, they earned my trust and loyalty for life and I will be forever grateful. Again, Car buying is very stressful and one of the worst experiences for most people, I personally hated it, but now that has changed thanks to Johnny, Glenn, and Grace at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines truly an act of higher power. Thank you guys for making my birthday amazing this year and wish you many blessing. Anyone who needs a car or truck should definitely go to this place and ask for Johnny, talk to Glenn and wait for Grace, truly a car buying experience I will never forget!
