Not from Florida, but the sorry service and the assist sevice manager,Yorlian,was unacceptable. Spent two weeks & all they changed was a thermostat. They try to get other things fix which had nothing to do with my request. Miami tried to attach bad speed sensors with ABS. Had go to back home to MERCEDES-BENZ OF NC to get my speed sensors fixed, which was covered by warranty. Miami tech are not qualified or were a bit dishonest.

Brought my vehicle and to get trim replaced. They said it would be ready the same day and at 5 PM they said the wrong parts came in. They said it would be ready by the next morning. They called me the next day and said the parts won’t be in for a few more days come pick your car up. So I went without a car for a day and a half for nothing. Terrible customer service

Called in asking for a quote on a lease and spoke to Carlos Montenegro, when I mentioned what my best offer was from another local dealer he laughed and told me to have a nice day. Would not recommend to even attempt doing business here.
