Great service visit to Westin Volvo. Went in for a recall and minor service to windshield wipers. The service crew was tremendous. Friendly and professional. The folks at Volvo handled me and my car like we were rocks stars. Highly recommend Westin Volvo.

On Thursday, April 1 I called to obtain information on a vehicle seen online that I was interested in purchasing. Your the Sales associate expressed the vehicle was available for purchase and inquired if I wanted to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle. I expressed the intention to come and see the vehicle on Friday. When I arrived on Friday, the sales associate showed that the vehicle was ready to be taken for a test ride. After doing so, an offer was made to purchase the vehicle. The sales associate conferred with the manager to settle on an offering price which was accepted. When the final purchase was being made 1 of the administrative workers conveyed there appeared to be an issue with certifying the vehicle which would take some additional time. After realizing, that more than 3 hours had already passed I conveyed I would have to depart but would still be willing to purchase the vehicle the next day once the matter was resolved. I asked to be contacted in the morning to know if the matter was resolved. On Saturday morning, I did not receive any updates regarding the matter. After calling the dealership twice, your sales associate conveyed the individual to finalize the process would be in at 11 AM. I conveyed the plan to arrive hopefully at 11:30 AM to finalize the purchase. Subsequent to this, while in route to the dealership I became aware the sales associate left a voicemail that the logistical issues with the vehicle were not going to be resolved and that he would be willing to assist in seeing if another vehicle would be available for purchase. When I arrived at the dealership, after waiting for an extended amount of time, the manager conveyed that there appeared to have been an inventory mishap with the vehicle I intended to purchase, asserting that it should never have been presented for sale. He continued in stating however, he would attempt to find a similar vehicle and offer it at the price that I agreed to pay for the original vehicle, even if it entailed being sold at a loss due to the inconvenience. After test-driving the second vehicle, I expressed the willingness to make the purchase. I was then presented the offer for the second vehicle that was $7000 more. I conveyed to the sales associate what the previous conversation with the manager entailed. The sales associate in turn expressed he would address the matter with the manager. After waiting once again for an extended amount of time, the manager conveyed once more that the original vehicle’s list price was in error, stating that the vehicle could be sold wholesale at $38,000, but would have to be sold at approximately $43,000 if it were to be recertified. He also expressed that the second vehicle’s price would not be able to be reduced, in spite of previously stating his intention to sell a similar vehicle at the price that I intended to pay for the first. He then continued to express how much better of a vehicle of the second car was, indicating that the difference could easily be financed.
In closing, the disconcerting point out of the situation is how poorly the communication appears to be between the staff at this establishment. From the original offering of the vehicle on Thursday through the concluding experience on Saturday. Furthermore, the disregard for a customer’s time, and the continued changing of the information being provided culminated in a feeling of the establishment being deceitful which culminated in my decision not to purchase anything from this establishment, irrespective of having the ability to purchase any vehicle on the property.

Absolutely horrible dealership. From the top(owner/president) to the bottom. Parts department overprices by 30%+. Rude stealership. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Anywhere is better than this place.
