Will probably purchase elsewhere but continue service and parts at Lipton . I asked about available equipment on 2021 Tacoma TRD Off-road 4x4 ExCab . and couldn’t get an answer . Item in question was Blind Side Monitor. No call back with response . I knew more about this vehicle than the sales people . No knowledge , no response to the question even the following day after leaving my cell # , no sale . I pick up my old Tacoma from service and left .

What a waste of my time. I went to get my complimentary oil change. I am going on a trip and wanted to freshen everything up to keep me safe. After nearly 2 hours, the tech forgot I was there, I had to go up and get my own ticket, and they never worked on the car! They claimed it wasn't time for an oil change so they did not do it, but they only topped off my fluids, rotated my tires, and checked my brakes. upon my own inspection, my tires weren't touched and not a SINGLE fluid reservoir was filled. I had to go home and top my own fluids to manufacturer recommended levels. Do NOT take your car for maintenance here, they may not even do it!

Tried to sell me a 2012 Corolla with over 100,000 miles, bad paint, oily interior for 10,000 , they would not move on the price. Also tried to run my credit without my permission, the employees could barely speak legitimate English. Over all it was a bad look and a bad experience for me, they wouldn't fix anything on the car I bought as well...yeah not good.
