As a 40+ year Benz owner, I have NEVER experienced such an exceptional experience as I did when I purchased my E400 convertible. The car was in high demand, but the GM, Paul Passarelli, honored the deal made by sales associate Frank Vaccaro even though I was an internet/first time buyer at their dealership. If you are looking for red carpet treatment with a heavy dose of integrity, this is the place to buy your next Benz. Your experience will be heightened if you deal with Barry Bowman, the best money guy ever.

The worst service I've ever received!!! Took my car in for what I was told a key replacement and they have had my car for 2 weeks and counting. Called numerous times and was told I would receive a call back and never received a return call. I've spent over $1K in rental car fees and they still have my car as of today April 16th. Dropped car off on April 1st. Avoid this service department at all cost!!!!

I visited this dealership three times in the past two years and they are, at best, disappointing. Came in to buy a Sprinter. After being kept waiting 20 minutes to find a salesperson, they were able to show me a one year old that was sold and said they didn't think they could get one. No help to source it, just a shrug of the shoulders. I bought at MB Delray Beach. Last week I stopped in to see an E450 but they had no salespeople and suggested I wait an hour. I just came back today (Sunday) and again no salespeople available and receptionist checked with sales manager and said they don't even have a 450 in stock to drive and then sat there - again no timing of when they would have one or any sense they cared to service a customer or make a sale. Not the place to go.

Brought my vehicle and to get trim replaced. They said it would be ready the same day and at 5 PM they said the wrong parts came in. They said it would be ready by the next morning. They called me the next day and said the parts won’t be in for a few more days come pick your car up. So I went without a car for a day and a half for nothing. Terrible customer service

Calling the technical service because my car has a problem and if I cannot tell them what the problem is, they will not give me an appointment, because I am not a mechanic, I cannot tell them what problem the car has.

I made a curious observation with this dealership. Several times after I had my car serviced with them through my prepaid maintenance program, problems were coming up that were expensive to fix. Either Mercedes is building a low quality product or I suspect the Auto Nation mechanics are deliberately sabotaging customer cars to generate repair revenues for the dealership. They really soured me on ever buying a Mercedes again.
