I went to this dealership to get an oil change on the recommendation of my friend who was also going at the same time. Since a Lexus is made by Toyota, I figured it would be no issue. Wrong! From the start, service advisor Mauricio Landa had a serious attitude with me. He didn't offer to get me a Lyft home as my friend had told me they did and they did automatically for her. Mauricio was so rude I went to my friend's service advisor and she called me a Lyft home since it was quoted 2 hours for an oil change. My friend told me about this coupon I could print out that gave you a synthetic oil change for basically $40. Since I had to go home and print it out, I didn't bring it up when I dropped off the car (since when is that a big deal anyhow - you dont' tell your waiter you have a coupon when you sit down at a restaurant). Erika Sattar was the woman service advisor who got the lyft ride home and she was very nice. When Mr. Personality Mauricio called to tell me about my vehicle he listed several addition "problems" and I told him no, I would prefer to go to Lexus. Upon return to pick up my car once again, showing his rudeness, Mauricio argued with me that a Lexus isn't a Toyota and I wasn't allowed to use the coupon. At this point, I've had it with his attitude. He wasn't polite at all from start to finish. I don't know if he is racist or misogynistic or what his problem is, but I've never been treated so badly in any dealership or repair shop ever in my entire life. He treated me as if he was doing me a favor to take my business. I asked to see the manager who actually wasn't much better, Felipe and I didn't get the last name. He had an attitude also. The best they could do was give me about $14 off. But listen ladies, go somewhere else... Unless you want to be treated badly by a dealership that thinks they are doing you a favor by taking your business. Lexus of Palm Beach is so pleasant and I will be returning to them for all my service needs. Palm Beach Toyota needs to learn how to treat paying customers. Go elsewhere unless you just want to overspend and get treated badly.

Service and parts - excellent . Andrew Batiste and Andy Gutierrez are the best . Parts / very good even though I miss Jason. The sales dept. was not equal to service and parts . Will probably purchase elsewhere but continue service and parts at Lipton . I asked about available equipment on 2021 Tacoma TRD Off-road 4x4 ExCab . and couldn’t get an answer . Item in question was Blind Side Monitor. No call back with response . I knew more about this vehicle than the sales people . No knowledge , no response to the question even the following day after leaving my cell # , no sale . I pick up my old Tacoma from service and left .

While at another Toyota dealer which did not have the model requested, I called Headquarter Toyota and Mario from Sales answered. I told him that I was presently at another Toyota Dealer which did not have the model and saw online that they had the model we wanted. I proceeded to share the stock number and he said that they had it. I asked him to confirm that it was not in any deal which was closing and he said it was available to purchase. We proceeded to drive the 20 miles to meet with Mario, in which once there, he introduced Adriana to assist us. They mentioned that the vehicle had closed on a deal but was not removed from the system. We inquired if the vehicle would be able to be transferred from another dealer in the district, and they mentioned that usually for just one vehicle they do not cover logistics, but they would check. Upon return the agent said that that they had found a vehicle but it was reserved for a transfer for another dealer.
Being that I was already at another Toyota dealer Mario should have visually confirmed the vehicle in lot and assured that it was not sold. This is poor and unethical business practice. This dealer owes me gas, and the additional time lost from work for driving 40 miles back and forth. The original dealer where we were at was able to locate two vehicles to choose from within the district, and were able to close on deal.

What a waste of my time. I went to get my complimentary oil change. I am going on a trip and wanted to freshen everything up to keep me safe. After nearly 2 hours, the tech forgot I was there, I had to go up and get my own ticket, and they never worked on the car! They claimed it wasn't time for an oil change so they did not do it, but they only topped off my fluids, rotated my tires, and checked my brakes. upon my own inspection, my tires weren't touched and not a SINGLE fluid reservoir was filled. I had to go home and top my own fluids to manufacturer recommended levels. Do NOT take your car for maintenance here, they may not even do it!
