Isabel Castillo and Sue Monty went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new purchase. They gave us a great deal on our trade in and made sure the numbers or where we needed to be. Isabelle is brand new but extremely knowledgeable and is going to be a great asset to your company. She was very sweet and thoughtful but also extremely knowledgeable . She even tried to help me clean out my car LOL .Thank you both for all of your help. We will certainly be back for our next car.

En la tarde de ayer tuve la mala experiencia y por cuya experiencia no vuelvo a ese dealer. En la parte de servicio, a parte de esperar Un tiempo en que alguien viniera a preguntar si necesitaba algo. Me atiende una muchacha que habla español y le explico lo que pasaba a mi carro, y que me molestaba que hiciera el sonido cuando mostraba el cartel en la pantalla, su respuesta fue que ella no podía hacer nada pq el cartel no mostraba en ese momento. Tratamos de explicarle mi esposo y yo que el cartel que mostraba no salía fijo sino salía y se quitaba. Y pues ella no podía hacer nada, solo pregunto las millas de mi carro después de nosotros tratar de que nos ayudaran y nos dijo que mi carro no tenía ninguna garantía sin chequear ni que año ni nada mi carro. Nuestra respuesta fue un ok y nos retiramos hacia otro dealer que con mucho cariño nos trataron y me arreglaron mi carro que si tenía solución. Y mi sugerencia es que deben tener personas con mejor carácter y que sepan dar un buen customer service porque seguirán perdiendo customers.

Anthony Cagley was my service advisor. He was very helpful , and very friendly. He was also knowledgeable with the questions that I asked I would definitely have him as my advisor again.
I was there on Monday 11-5-18 and 11-9-18, and I spent awhile there on both visits, but he kept me updated with the progress of the service(s) that were being performed on my vehicle.

Please BEWARE of Dayton Andrews Service Dept on Gulf to Bay Clearwater, FL The BBB revoked their accreditation!! If you look them up they have a D- with many unresolved Customer complaints!! If you are thinking about using Dayton Andrews Service Dept on Gulf to Bay Clearwater, FL's for anything, run!!! Charlie Flatley, who is in charge of the Service Dept was very dishonest with me and my husband. When I confronted him he yelled at me over the phone. I'm still in a battle with them because they did not fix my car yet charged me insane amounts of money for their supposedly "guaranteed" work. When I brought it right back in as it was/is still having the same exact issue, they refused to fix it and quoted a whole new price, for a whole different problem, for the same exact symptoms I just paid them for. Even a former employee of theirs left because he witnessed too many horror stories. Like the lady who barely made it down the road, and could have been killed, after they changed her tire...her tire flew off because the mechanic there didn’t put some of the bolts back on. Wow, just wow. That's a small job so if you can't even trust someone to do that? I wish I had known this before I took my vehicle to them. I seriously will make it my mission to worn everyone I know about them. I reported to the BBB and to the Florida Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services. They could have just made good on their "Guarantee" or given me a refund on my credit card. Apparently that's not how they handle their customers and that is probably why they have the D- rating they have with the BBB and why their Accreditation was revoked. Anyone can look this up at the BBB website for themselves.
