His method of allowing me to dictate the shopping experience while giving much appreciated input regarding comparative options (without pressure) was much appreciated. All of the employees that I met seemed to genuinely like their jobs and it showed in how they responded to me and other customers. Pros and a big Con - MiniTux
I'll start with my con. While searching the Firkins website for a new car, my husband and I came across an Altima. So, silly me, I clicked the button for more info and gave my email and phone number expecting a call the following day since it was 20:00. Nope. Got a call about 5 minutes later from a woman in some call center and I made an appintment for a couple days later. The next day, I get a text and a call (minutes apart) from someone at the dealership asking the same questions the lady did on the phone the night before. Every. Single. Day. Since then, I have gotten at least a phone call from them. Yesterday, we went to our appointment and ended up leaving with a Sentra S. I'm completely happy with the car thus far, but I've gotten 2 calls today asking how my experience has been and if I made it to my appointment. Someone needs to come up with a way to communicate within the company so everyone is on the same page. The salesman were very kind and Carl Kovach that finalized everything for us was extremely polite and personable. I really recommend seeing him first and having him recommend a salesman for you from there. The detailing on the car looks like it was rushed. I'd have been happy to wait longer for it to be done right. My overall experience was pleasant, I just wish the company would stop bugging me about the same thing. Ask the last guy that called me. Or the one before that.

When we purchased our Nissan murano in 2013 we also both auto butler service to protect interior and exterior of our car that what we wore promised by the guy who sold it
to us .After 4 years we wore inform we never had interior service they didn't even vacuumed
Sand I'm not sure if clear coat was applied to protect exterior paint. I'll never buy any service
or car in this dealership

The service department at Alan Jay Nissan does a nice job. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than preferred but the lounge area is comfortable and there's a special room for kids. Definitely don't mind coming here for my Altima's services.

Great experience working with Chauncey. Found a truck they had listed on craigslist. They posted a bunch of pics and video. Truck was just as nice and just as described in person...rarely ever happens dealing with craigslist ads. Bought it for less than private party book value, they handled all of the paperwork, didn't have to deal with the dmv or anything. Paid them cash, had a new plate put on the truck and I haven't had an issue since. Very straight forward guys there which I really liked. Didn't get a bunch of sales pitched thrown at me. Will buy from these guys again
