THIS DEALERSHIP SENT ME THE EXTRA KEY WITH THE REMOTE IN A REGULAR BUSINESS ENVELOPE VIA USPS WITH INSUFFICIENT POSTAGE. NOT ONLY IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO RECEIVE IT TO TRAVEL ONLY ABOUT 60 MILES TO MY POST OFFICE IT ARRIVED DAMAGED. THIS DEALERSHIP WAS NEGLIGENT OF SENDING THIS ITEM THE WAY THEY DID. IF THEY SENT IT IN A PROPERLY PACKAGE AND THE RIGHT POSTAGE NOT ONLY I WOULD HAVE RECIEVED IT EARLIER BUT ALSO NOT DAMAGED. I INITIALLY OFFERED TO PAY THE COST OF MAILING IT TO ME. WHEN I CONTACTED THIS DEALERSHIP TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPEN THEY FLATELY REFUSED TO HELP ME OUT WITH THE COST TO REPLACE THE REMOTE. I REALIZE THEY SELL VEHICLES "AS IS" HOWEVER SINCE THEY WERE NEGLIGENT IN NOT PACKAGING THIS ITEM PROPERLY WITH THE RIGHT POSTAGE THIS DAMAGE WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED.

I had been checking out a Ford Fiesta listing online and decided to give them a call and see if I could schedule a time to visit. A couple hours later I show up at the dealership and Mark had already pulled the car around for me. He was very helpful in pointing out both the pro's and the con's of the car which is a trait that's hard to come by in the auto industry. After test driving the Fiesta, he was extremely helpful streamlining the paperwork and making the process as easy as possible for me. Poor quality upgrades - huge add’l costs - PCBBen
Bought 428i gran coupe from these guys. They told me they did a “premium blackout job”. They used cheap wheel paint - came off and cost tons at BMW dealership to fix rotors. Also, they were put on before the wheels cured, costing more money to clean car (and it still wouldn’t all come off) . Next, their hoddy tint was $400 to replace. Steering wheel has been cleaned with super harsh cleaner and ruined. I couldn’t tell because they had so much armor all in it when I bought it. These guys seem nice but aren’t honest from my dealings. They haven’t retured a single call. I gave them plenty of time before posting negative feedback. I’d do business elsewhere.

A used Mercedes Benz E350 was listed for sale by Sky Motorworks. I checked its detailed description and photos online and it looked gorgeous. Spoke with Daniel from the car dealership and he confirmed the great condition of the car. I made an appointment to see the car. Having to drive from Miami, Daniel said that the car was in such a great shape that I would be wasting my day for nothing. And he was right! The car was in fantastic condition!! It was a pleasure driving it for the 240 miles back to Miami. I have never purshased a better used car. It had 94000 miles on it but it has been four weeks since we bought it and it is in showroom condition and trouble-free. Daniel arranged all the paperwork, purchase documents temp and permanent tag, etc., with great efficiency. Thank you, Daniel, and we will be on the lookout for another car from you. Michael S.. Terrible - Unhappy buyer
Bought a car in March. I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle. They promised brand new battery and tires. Battery in my vehicle was three years old. Its left me stranded over 10 times in three months. Its been in the shop more than its been on the road. Don't go there.

I Icalled to inquire about a vehicle that was just received with photos or price. They gave me a price on 2008 BMW 750 LI for $14500 by salesman. They do credit application over the phone Run my credit at least 10-15 times 4-5 days go by I never received a call back on credit application. I called back talk to manager. The price of car now goes up $1000 instantly. I called on the price increase and the manager says he will honor original price I was given Red flags all around. This dealership has moved from 4 locations in Sarasota in past 2 years. Original on rte 41 to bee ridge to rte 301 and now on stickney pioint. Now they are calling their dealership on the website Luxury Auto. This is shady operation. Stay away. I never got approved on loan I do not think. I never got a return call. Just many excuses. Warning. Shop elsewhere. Check past reviews.
Don't Buy a Car from Prestige in Northport FL - Disgusted Customer
Tried to purchase a vehicle here. These guys are not professional at all. They operate out of a "hole in the wall" warehouse building in Northport FL. Dmitry is only available by phone and no one else can make a deal there with you. I negotiated a price, and Dmitry is not flexible at all by the way, and then when he emails the final numbers, he adds bogus dealer and doc fees totaling almost another $500! Where I come from, you don't agree to a price and THEN add fees later that were never discussed or never part of the deal. I can understand adding tax, registration and title charges, but not the other bogus fees. Then, things were missing (like an extra key, remote for keyless entry and start, etc) and Dmitry refuses to provide them or reduce the price for the missing items. Buy a vehicle anywhere but not from these dishonest people.

This place is definitely the best repair shop I have come across so far. The work was always done perfectly and was very reasonably priced. Nothing was ever over-charged, nothing was ever missed. I will always bring all my vehicles here and only here for any repair or maintenance.

I purchased a ford exploer on 11-18-11 and the day i took it home the truck broke down and it continued to not start due to the fuel injectors and it also had electrical problems... it was just a lemon, make a long story short my payment was due on 12-3-2011 and was trying to figure out what to do pay the pymt or fix the truck they didnt give me no time to figure it out they came and repoed the truck and the funniest thing was it wouldnt start!!!!
